Também concordo com a necessidade de planejamento urbano -- mesmo nas pequenas cidades, evitando que cresçam desordenadamente.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A crítica foi ao "planejamento total" (no sentido foucaultiano do termo), como em Brasília. Brasília é organizada, mas não é "viva". São Paulo é uma cidade viva, mas é um caos. Senão é covardia... ;-)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Muito antes de Clinton, energia eólica e solar ainda estavam engatinhando (eram caras e ineficientes) e, imagino, das marés e geotérmica só existiam conceitualmente em laboratório, não?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Até aqui no Brasil, o país do etanol, o Pró-Álcool ainda estava na infância tecnológica.
