I lived in Philadelphia for 20 years, I enjoyed telling my yankee friends that I was born in Rome & educated in Athens — but those are two cities in GA.
Many years ago I saw the best crowd control ever. Folks were getting rowdy on South St in Philly, the mounted Police showed up, the horses would slowly and quietly start walking sideways, people slowly and quietly moved back.
Situation solved.
Sadly, the horses were retired.
People don’t graffiti horses, they don’t overturn them, and they don’t attack them.
Something to think about, right?
