Sad this car never took off, but the price was offputtting to many, seriously 40K for a barely mid-size car NOT in the luxury class is going to struggle.

I thought the same thing, but if that's the purpose why not just post no overnight parking, or define night time parking hours? It really needs to be cleaned up before it becomes a Gold Line station with tons of commuters parking daily.

Spending the summer visiting my daughter and her newly minted baby...my grandson as much as possible. Teaching her to cook has been fun as she's a fast learner. She really needs a kitchenaid to complete her kitchen.

Matt, I don't think anyone has a problem with them parking legally. ITs when they stop in the middle of the road, or in areas marked no parking that is a driving lane that is the problem. Worse when they stand in the middle of the road for the best picture of the blasted sign that they are causing the biggest problems. LAPD has plenty to do without having to police knuckleheads, common sense should come into play somewhere here.

I have friends in the hills and I won't bitch about the parking as I expect it to be tough. Getting around the tourists just stopped in the middle of the street or standing in the street taking pictures is maddening. Go away. Can't they just go to the Observatory in Griffith Park and take a picture of the sign from there. Seriously its only a matter of time before we lose a tourist to a traffic accident over one of their bone headed stunts.

It certainly is time to repeal that motion. Times have changed and I hope we have. My neighbors mother was at that camp. She was only 5 when she was rounded up and taken there. She remembers well the armed guards there for her "safety" and not fully understanding why she and her family were in prison. Very dark time in our countries history.

I was there for a movie premiere a couple of years ago. The inside of that theater is absolutely old school gorgeous. Very little wear and tear despite its age. I'd go back just to soak in all that atmosphere.

I'm not a fan of the CVT every one I have driven so far drones at cruising speed and is slow to accept throttle input changes. I'm flummoxed as to why Honda went that direction instead of building a good multi-gear auto..oops maybe this new 9 speed will supplant the CVT.

Very interesting for Honda, they went outside for a tranny instead of doing it in house. Very unusual for a company known for its engineering.

Yeah...a small step in the bigger picture for a rail transit system for the city that works. I still however wish we'd have one that runs from the SGV to the SFV as that route is heavily traveled by many, including me. Great find, thanks for sharing.

I don't agree with the just settling for what you can get, especially when it is an employer that has a less than stellar reputation for taking care of its employees and force them into the position they need to apply for public benefits to just survive. I agree there are a whole lot of areas of the city that are under-served by grocery store chains, banks etc.,. But I see that as a failure on the part of the cities Economic Development plans and that of city departs charged with economic growth for the area. Where is Villairagosa is a question I need to ask. Instead of playing political games for his personal gain he needs to be spending time putting together plans to help these under-served areas of the city grow.

Damn...the carpool lanes in LA are full already and now they want to put more into it. The 210 Carpool lanes in the morning and afternoon crunch in my corner of LA are stop and go like the non-HOV lanes. Makes no sense to plug it up with cars that would be better off in the other lanes where they are most efficient with stop and go.
