Sorry about the trouble. You should have been taken to a confirmation page and gotten an email -- both including a link to access the full ebook. We will look into the issue.

Re: 3 Fundraising Experts Sound off on Donor Retention from the Donors Perspective

Ouch! The "always asking" approach is a turn off for sure, Laura.

Sometimes nonprofits just need to share, engage and connect with their audience vs. always asking for $. That said, if you're a nonprofit that needs to raise money in order to exist you've got a tough decision to make every time you send out a communication. It's not a simple decision -- that's for sure.

Re: 3 Fundraising Experts Sound off on Donor Retention from the Donors Perspective

Thanks Mark. It takes time! Of course, it's not rocket science, it's simply a matter or planning and priority. Pamela also brings up a good point … having an attitude of gratitude isn't always easy. If your highest levels of leadership are the ones who drive a culture of thanks throughout the organization then it's much more likely that your donors will feel the love!

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and ideas!!

Re: Making Your First Donor Retention Calendar, Step by Step

of course!! it's been fun. you and all the other contributors have made it awesome!

Re: Finding the Right Donor Database for Your Nonprofit (Updated)

Thanks for the shout out's Lyndsey!!! :)

Re: 3 Ways Content Marketing Can Improve Donor Retention Rates

Couldn't agree more, Hashim!!! I don't know of any tools out there that will build you something like this. Most of the INFOGRAPHIC creation tools out there that I know of generate fairly canned output because doing something custom can't be automated

Re: Content Marketing for Nonprofits: Data, Insights, and Examples

good point Rob. hard to get it all in the static graphic, but if you click on it and look at the interactive version you'll get more. ultimately, if you read the full report you'll get everything. i appreciate the feedback!!

Re: Content Marketing for Nonprofits: Data, Insights, and Examples

Thanks for stopping by and sharing Alicia. You make a great point. I think real nonprofits who are doing positive work in this world have to work hard to show how their works is making a difference ... like Charity:water does. That way people can weed out those who are scammers.

Re: Content Marketing for Nonprofits [Survey]

Thanks Marlene!!
