Hi Rinatis, I fear you've hit the nail on the head with this post, as I believe I may be 'suffering' from the same 'routine' online.

I reckon if I was to take a break from being online, then I'd start getting anxiety on some level, which is to be expected I guess. I do enjoy working on my website ;-)

Still, we must balance it out, as you say. I'm lucky in that I use a family computer, and I can't spend that much time online as other people wish to use the computer!
