it is really inspiring how people with "ordinary" and "unattractive" jobs can fill up their jobs with their incredible personality. you don't have to be a speaker/author/leader/superman to do a great job to yourself and other people.
i'd like the book to show me more ways to be inspiring to others.

i think you missed the most important part: build something the people need. the "look good" part isn't that important...

(is ebay, plentyoffish, amazon beautifully looking?)

... but it is wise to have people stick to the company that have visions and can pre-select whats good for the company, because the know how it started. why generally fire key-managers after some years?
