Agree, I have noticed some especially Twitter they are a lot of spammers and lurkers that follows you. If you have said a single keyword they are after, they're on to you. Facebook is so neat that it looks very professional.

Some require complicated steps of making your teeth whiter some are hard while some just do the brushing. I would recommend that it's better to have it clean by the dentist so that it's not that time consuming and it's easy.
