on the other hand, I would agree about Philippines as the "most emotional country in the world", I think with our history of imperialism, wars and crisis, the only way to survive and progress is to display emotions of happiness (and sometimes even angst). And we have a lot of pictures, festivals, and videos showing these.

Thus, we have our new tourism slogan:
"It's more fun in the Philippines"

My top three (3) tips on how to start the day with a bright and positive note
1 - Express enthusiasm when you wake up, words are indeed powerful in making your day great. Say words like, "it's a great day" or "yeah!". This will jump start you to have this positivism throughout the day
2 - Sing a song, yes it can be your favorite or the last song you heard just to get your rhythm for the day
3 - Have something that inspire you your phone wallpaper, if you tend to use you phone very often at least seeing whats on the screen makes you more inspired and prepped up for the day.

I love Chicken Sausages with Rice and Egg because its a complete meal with all the nourishment I need to get through the day! Also I love chicken and is perfect and healthy to be a breakfast meal!
