Just one thing: Search is extremely important. It's front and center in so many places. But here it's hidden away. That's bad UX, IMO. Just switch the tiny search button in the corner with a search bar over the main image on the front page, and I'd be very happy with this new look and feel!

Re: Mapping in the Times of Covid-19 and How You Can Help - The Mapillary Blog

This is great stuff! I thought that was what "usage" meant, at first. The podcatcher I use, AntennaPod, has statistics for time spent listening to each podcast, and I love that feature.

Think also of how you could use this with some sort of "self controll" application to help yourself to not spend too much time gaming or somthing like that. There are browser plugins for this, why not have it system wide, if you want?

All of this should happen locally, of course.

Re: GNOME Shell is Getting a Major Speed Boost

Sounds fantastic! But I have no idea what forum you talk about. Give me a hint?

It could just be because I have a very slow and unstable internet connection at the moment? But then again Joe Sneddon says it happens to him too. And other things autocomplete, but I didn't test that until now, and as I said, unstable connection, so it might just be better at the moment. If I uninstall, so I can check again whether "mailspring" autocompletes or not, will I keep my settings in Mailspring?

Re: ‘Snap Install Mailspring’ for a Better Email Experience on Ubuntu

Why doesn't the snap install command in terminal let me autocomplete "mailspring" when I write mailspr and press tab? This jumping around annoys me every time I use Sushi, and it's been like that as long as I've had it. Gnome is very good at design and aesthetics and a smooth user experience in other areas.
