I've been able to use exclusive Skype application on the 3 network in the UK on my E71 ever since I bought it, so this is nothing new to me. However I'm sure this will please alot of people, providing their network doesn't block voip calling. What is also new is the new fring app that support Skype video calls (with audio) on the E71 and I believe has also been released this week (works fine): www.fring.com

The Ovi store should be taken to court for NOT GUARANTEEING backup of payments. If anything goes wrong after you have paid for and installed an app you will NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK unless you take legal proceedings! I installed Ultimate SMS which became corrupted after an E71 firmware update. I installed again from my own copy but could not activate it because Ovi never sent me an activation code - only the activated app which you directly download from the store and which you cannot store or backup for future use. After providing all details of purchase to Ovi support they did not even get back to me!

Please note out negative comments also for improvement in future. This app is far from perfect and is still very buggy, which overall is a disappointment!

They still haven't fixed the problem of the inability to change home page bookmarks - this problem never existed in v5. If anyone knows how to change home page bookmarks (the large icon bookmarks) please let me know. My Googlemail now loads properly but only after choosing 'view in simple html' and then pressing 'back'. Although I have allowed 'mobile view' in settings most web pages still load in the default web view which is quite annoying. An improvement but far from perfect unfortunately.

Well I may install it later but it had better be an improvement on 10/1 beta which I had to uninstall for several reasons, not least of which was that once you set your home screen bookmarks it was impossible to change or delete them, and this was one of a few clear downturns from v5.

Loads ok but cannot view incoming personal messages - only sent messages. Also it takes about 3 hours for home page entries to update.

Useless update! Now I cannot change or delete the home page icon sites once I've fixed them. Far more unstable than version 5. I have gone back to Nokia web browser, lol!

Seems a security risk if every single phone has the unlock code of 12345? Nevertheless I've enabled it on my E71 and no problems. Just hope I never need to use it.

Its a nice theme and have used it for many months. May go back but I like variety so using the Purple theme at the moment.

To open a new page as a tab you must navigate the mouse pointer to the top right + sign and click first.

You can't import them as such but you can login to Opera from the top left window on the home screen and then select bookmarks. Your saved Opera bookmarks should be in there. It's then a case of opening each one and then selecting bookmarks to save them in this version. Hopefully future updates will have an import/export option.

You can also select text and cut, copy and paste by simply pressing the number 1 (R) key.

Worked it all out now......really good browser. Will use all the time - at least until Firefox is released (whenever that will be, lol).

This is a huge improvement over the last version. Very quick access to your fav sites with choice of full or mobile views and full screen browsing. However does anyone know how to change an assigned site from the home screen? Also can't figure out cut and paste yet. Also cannot seem to import any bookmarks as you could with old version. Seems to be getting there however....

I have gone back to using the home screen, albeit in compressed form. I also use JBak Taskman app to access quickly all my other apps from the menu key - this is better and faster than the default search tool on the home screen. To quickly search internet e.g. google search, I use the google app which is accessible by simply pressing the back key.

I suppose this means that most of my current apps on my E71 will not work on this phone? That's a bit of slight worry but hopefully by the time its released more third party apps will be available?

It looks awesome to me and more of a direct competitor to the iPhone than anything Nokia have produced so far. I predict this device will sell really well because it can do far more than the iPhone and when people realise this they will go for it. Dimensions and weight don't bother me at all - I don't mind a heavier device when I know that the improved memory and battery life will more than compensate.

It depends how much you check and send emails on the go. Usually reading emails and sending quick replies from the browser is good enough for me. However the new Nokia default application is pretty good except for two things - it hogs the battery power unless you turn it off when not being used. Nokia implied when I updated my firmware that this is a trial license and that therefore it might not necessarily continue as free in the future.

I find the GMail application for GMail accounts is very good except that you cannot download or make attachments (yet).
