I love the app and the recent update makes it sooo much better. There is only one thing keeping me from using it full time.

We need options for different URL shorteners and image services. Postman screws up my images and the URL isn't all that short. PLEASE! I would really like to make this my main app.

I know! I have been using iTeachWord to add new words to the dictionary, but i need to be able to DELETE words. I keep accidentally typing "fir" instead of "for". I NEVER use the word "fir" and want to get rid of it.

I want to win an iPhone 4 because my dad isn't so good with technology and I'd like to make it easier for us to communicate when I move far away. The iPhone is the only phone he can pick up and understand how to use (text, email, etc).

Twitter is a lot better for building relationships. It's based on actions, words and conversations as opposed to lists of interests and things the user "liked" or quizzes that tell their "friends" which movie character they are. I just wish facebook wasn't the best way to get in touch with my family or I'd delete my account.

I've been using almost this exact setup for over a year, but recently turned a PowerMac G5 into a media server to really kick it up a notch. Great post! You've inspired a new post I'll be working on this weekend while I geek... :)

For sure. I also use the foam padding that comes in the boxes with the parts. Lots of compartments.

yea, but you won't get the same read/write speeds going through firewire or USB. I s'pose it depends what you're using it for.

yea thats definitely a huge benefit. I think my issue is with people saying everything is moving to "the cloud". I can't even kind of get on board with that. The speed and stability of a native app (when available) will always win out with me. I guess what I'm saying is that web apps are great and all, but when you port a web app into a native app it's almost always 10x better.
