Then you would pour the contents out of the jar (or bag or whatever you packaged it in) and cook into tortellinis are soft.  It usually takes about 15 minutes. That's why we recommend to keep it in a small portable safe.  You could also make digital copies of it all and keep the actual documents in a safety deposit box.
