Perhaps there's some technicality defining "commercial service," but truth is you can still take a scheduled flight in and out of Kapalua. Overall, no major issues, but a few tools won't run on 64-bit, most annoyingly NeatReceipts (it seems that anything with a device driver has a harder time).
