Thanks for this, Chris.

My second book is coming out (under the same house as Don's) and I felt I may have over-promoted the first one, so was hesitant (maybe to an extreme) to promote this next one.

I am asked to review/endorse/blog about books all the time (and sometimes it gets to be too much) but perhaps we ask my readers to allow me a guest post instead of just the "influencers" who always get asked, rarely read, and put up a generic post that seems forced.

This is a great list to help keep me balanced. Thank you.

I don't think it's a timing issue. We're called to do all (ie Acts 1:8, Matt 28:19, Mark 16:15).

Thanks for your holy discontent on this subject...and for the link. Many of the organizations you link to are being funded because of our trip to Moldova.

We should each be obedient to the opportunities, areas, and people God places on our hearts, here and abroad.

i can relate to your pot head friends. the time i stepped away from my faith i made the closest friendships. life and death, true and real friendships that i have yet to really experience in a christ-following community.

personally...one who...

-realizes our humanity and need for a saving grace
-accepts such in repentant humility
-allows the holy spirit to guide and direct and work within one's self and work out what things have been purposed for us in our short time here (on earth as it is in heaven)

So true, so true...I've been really trying to focus on finding the positive in EVERYTHING which is tough, but a good challenge.

I wonder why that sign was in the bathroom...? I think a more appropriate sign would have been "lack of fiber is the problem" or ... "too much cheese..."
