What's organic among the vegetables, meat and bread used at Wildpeeta? I'm aware of some ingredients sourced locally/ regionally, but organic, I'd contest. :)

Also for vegetarians, they have not one, but as many shawarma options as the meat eaters. Yay! :)

Our real test was yesterday when we starting running out of API rate limits coz' of the 'Whose tweet is it anyway?' improv for #SMDay. Totally caught us off guard. haha!

Few things I'll be thinking about for this session:

1. Perceptions of information privacy and safety by digital natives (say, kids) and non-digital natives (say, parents)
2. Perceptions of threat and control by the two groups
3. Scenarios in a future that has all digital natives.

Makes sense? Or is it totally off from what you are thinking about?

Charlie, it's shocking to see that your embassy isn't helping out either. I'll ask around if there are Thai folk who maybe influential and can help.

Last week, I had an urgent request at the British embassy here and they wouldn't entertain my phone calls until I emailed them with all my concerns. I found the embassy much more responsive via email. Try that channel, if you haven't already.

Scott Monty understands social media all too well to realize that an apology without humility and real corrective action will be meaningless from Ford Middle East.
After the recently published report on poor customer service of brands in the region, most brand custodians wondered why their brands were penalized. But when you investigate by asking them when was the last time any brand listened to its users, the answer is never. Customer service starts with listening to your customers, helloooo???!
Let's hope your efforts will create change for the better.
