To make sure I would be sending an accurate copy, I wiped Wallet from my MB Pro and started with a clean install of 3.1. Needless to say, it worked perfectly.

I don't know what was wrong yesterday but two things to note. One is that the program is working fine and the other is that Dustin is alive and well and giving the excellent customer service that this company is renowned for.

Re: Acrylic Software’s Wallet, great password manager for iPhone

I've double checked and I was definitely using 3.1 on both machines and the same thing happened as I said earlier today.

I've gone back to 3.0.2 and am back in the situation where I can sync on the iMac and then export/import.

The problem now is that I seem to have wiped my 3.0.2 .dmg file. and I can only find the 3.1 .dmg file. Anyone know where I can get 3.0.2 again?

Re: Acrylic Software’s Wallet, great password manager for iPhone

Definitely the same 3.1 on both machines.

Re: Acrylic Software’s Wallet, great password manager for iPhone

Version 3.1 doesn't work at all for me (iPod touch to MacBook Pro). When I try to sync I get the 'searching' message then the 'connecting' message and then the whole program shuts down.

Worst of all is that I cannot import a database at all. If I export a 3.1 database from my iMac and try to open it on the Pro, it asks for a password even though no password for the import/export has been set. If you do set a password 3.1 on the pro just won't recognise it.

Re: Acrylic Software’s Wallet, great password manager for iPhone

There's a way around the problem of Wallet not syncing with MacBook Pro. Export the Wallet Database on your iMac and then import it into Wallet on the MB Pro. Import using the 'replace' option.

It's a bit bush but it will work until a fix comes out.
