I found plenty of awesome wedge sandals at nordstrom rack - their shoes go up to 14, usually. I got a pair of Borns for $60, and my usually-size-14 giganto feet are plenty happy in 12's.

heh, yeah. judging people for fashion is pointless - you never know the motivation behind the choice (well, there are certain choices when you're supposedly going to work out that are definitely suspect).
my coworker bff has a pair of the knit ugg-esque boots, and I always assumed she just wanted comfortable shoes - until she said how expensive and "fashionable" they were.
