I've been meaning to write a post about this so perhaps this will push me to do so.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1.) If you have a Costco or Sams club, uses it. Buy in bulk.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2.) I took Robs nutrition cert this weekend and he starts all of his clients on 1/2 carbs. For every carb taken out, add 3 blocks of fat. Half of the carbs should be post work out. Since carbs are generally more expensive that fat, you could be cutting around 15 blocks from your budget.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3.) If you have a yard, why not grow some food? I have a orange tree right now but would love to have much more.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4.)
