I'm 45, I don't do BSE and don't plan on starting any time soon. I got a mammogram last year only because I wanted to start HRT. My physician only feels the need for a repeat every other year instead of yearly based on medical history and the dosage size I'm taking. I am in agreement with him. As several people have stated, it's about choice of the individual and their physician. I certainly wouldn't tell anyone else what is right or wrong for their situation.

OPH near West Palm Beach, FL is one of the few perks of living in this G>d-forsaken muggy swamp. Try the shells (crepes) with a fresh-squeezed lemon wedge and a little powdered sugar; heaven on a plate!

That picture of Franklin's bum makes we wish that one of us could come over to the dark side Luke (bad Star Wars reference). Even a straight chick can appreciate that photo. I already see a marked difference in your fibre photos; a very good student indeed!

Yes, you have to learn to have a "feel" for pastry. I was fortunate enough to have a grandmother who made crust, glazed yeast doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, cakes, and cookies. I have most of her recipes, and have had success with them. I will share them if anyone is interested.

Wow Joe, Estonian? We had three Estonian AuPairs, and went to Estii for two weeks for the mid-summer festival. I can navigate a grocery store and a restaurant menu, but that's about it. I guess it's no surprise that my Estonian is only food-related!!
