Well thats what the AT&T people told me...because they said there was nothing they could do to retreive the info.

You're going to have to get a new phone. Sad but true. Thats what I had to do, I DL the 5.0 yesterday...and it whipped my phone out! I tried a soft and hard reset...and still nothing...so I had to go this morning to the AT&T Service Center, and they told me I needed to get a new phone. I didnt cost me anything, and I got an updated BB...but still...I'll stick with regular old BBM from now on...

Has anyone figured out to get your BBM ICON back...the 5.0 download messed up my phone...HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
