Although, there are at least 30 states with texting bans on the books, it seems that either people don't care or don't know that they are breaking the law. Of course, they should know that they are endangering themselves and others regardless if their are laws in their state or not. Laws alone will not even solve the problem. Viable, responsible solutions must be brought to the fore-front of the media to provide alternatives to breaking the law.

Great Question...It just not sinking in. I believe the fines should be much stiffer. Some states with measley $25 fines are not going to achieve much in the area of curbing this growing trend.
