If DJIA drops below 10650, we'd be in wave 1 of a new correctional 5 wave structure. But if it then rebounds into the green, the 5 wave structure is cancelled and we're in a neutral 7 wave shake-and-bake.

Re: Another Day, Another New High

Anyone else think the auto-update feature of Disqus is stupid? The man, in his late 30s, is only known as "Beanie". According to the owner, Beanie stays in the cafe every day from early morning to around mid-night. Many patrons have complained about his strong smell and said he never washed or shaved. However, what drove most patrons away is his constant talking to himself.

Nobody understands him. But people frequently hear such words as "LDK", "solar", or "TSL". He's very agitated during the day, often yelling and banging the table. In the evening, he's quieter and talks mostly about something called "gap-up". When he started showing up in the cafe about 3 months ago, he looked angry and cursed constantly. Lately, he seems much happier.

One patron told the police that Beanie often brags about the money he made in the stock market. "I used to drive a brand-new Hyundai", said Beanie. "If LDK goes up another $15, I'll have my Hyundai back", vowed Beanie.

The patron also told police that Beanie has repeatedly tried to sell him a binder for $895. Beanie calls the binder "The Script". "With my script, you can make back $895 in the stock market in one day", claimed Beanie. "How can you believe somebody who can't even keep his Hyundai", the man asked police.

Re: The final round begins in April

Trenton, New Jersey - Earlier today, police arrested a man accused of causing disturbances in an internet cafe. The move should be the start of a ABC pattern. Otherwise, we're stuck in wave 2. If we retrace to near 800, it means we're actually in wave 4. The next move should be wave 5 which should bring us to at least 780. And that move will eventually launch a powerful wave X which will push us all the way to 1050. However, if we break 780 tomorrow, it means we're at wave 5 now and a new wave Z just started which will plunge us to at least 650.

Re: shorted JNPR @ 16.15

I figure most of you already guessed what kind of monkey Beanie is. Last year, every time the market rallied hard, he's show up at Tim Knight's blog, making all sorts of crazy baseless predictions, laughing at shorts, urging them to surrender. Strangely, every time, he'd mark the exact top. When the market plunged, he'd disappear for a while. Rinse and repeat until one day the market just crashed and I remember he never showed up at Tim's blog again.

Matter of fact, I haven't seen him so active anywhere else until now.

Re: The more they pump...

My crystal ball shows nothing. Also it's a good idea to scale in. If you're comfortable with 300 shares, start with 100. Add 100 as the stock goes against you. Add the last 100 further off still. Then sit tight no matter what. If you're comfortable with only 100 shares, start with 30 shares. You can indeed make money with 30 shares at a time. I wrote a piece on trading 30 shares at a time.

Re: http://slopeofhope.com/2009/01/28/enron_and_the_treasury_department.htm

Great argument, Tim.

Re: Ten...
