We beg to differ! Christene is 5' 9" and I'm 5'2" and we both love wearing maxi dresses (although I'm a recent convert). I tried that Vena Cava dress on in their studio and I was sold. I think as long as it's a lean cut, petit women can absolutely rock the look (and, of course, heels always help)!
