First, thank you for writing this blog, I'm a designer learning swift and your posts are helping me wrap my head around some concepts and best practices.

Could you write more about how you design separate independent views in Nibs for reuse? I can't find anything detailing that online. What are the best practices for structuring and importing these views? And what's the right way to pass data to those views?

That's really awesome. I've been trying to create a photoshop script but it's too complex for me, I don't eve know if it's possible to do.

Translating the image: Replace the selected layer by a random image from a pre-defined folder, using the selected layer's content as the image's mask and resizing the image to fit the mask's size.

It would make mocking up layouts so much faster. You could keep a folder of placeholder photos somewhere, then just use a script to put a random photo on the layout. Lorem Ipsum image for Photoshop.

Hi, go to your sets page and open the set by clicking on it's name. On the set page you'll see a "edit" button that lets you edit the set name or even delete it.

No, not really. We Heart It is not for images on your computer, or personal images. It's a place to save images you find online. Clicking any image you can see the site where it was found.

You can delete tags you created and add more tags to an image on the tag page.

Hello, That's the title of the page where the image was hearted from. Make you sure you heart the images from the blog permalink on tumblr.

Also, some tumblrs don't have a html title tag. This is something all sites should have, but tumblr lets people edit the page html and they sometimes remove it by accident.. If you have a Tumblr, make sure yours have <title> tag with your blog title.

You can change your profile picture on your settings page.
On the menu, move your mouse over "My Heart", select "Settings" and select "Picture". Upload your new picture.

No. Images must be hearted from a website, so they all get proper credit and people can find our more about the artist and origin of the image.
