I've used Thumb Keyboard on my Galaxy Tab 10.1 before I gave it to my mom. It was my go to keyboard for a long time.

You'd be surprised. I recently pinched my ulnar nerve (funny bone) which resulted in the almost full paralysis of my left pinky and ring fingers. I couldn't really touch-type for close to 2 weeks. I used Dragon NaturallySpeaking extensively on my PC and it worked surprisingly well.

It does require you to organize your thoughts very differently than when typing. When I type, I can think of sentence, and while typing it I'm already thinking about the next sentence or point I want to make. You can't do that while using your voice, you have to form complete thoughts/sentences and pause a lot more.

Typing on a phone wasn't an issue. I use Swype, which is basically a one handed deal.

Actually, that won't work. It looks like getting the last row on the range, returns the last row in the range, not the last row with content like it does on a sheet.

So, in order to get this done, you need to add the following function:

function lastRow()
{
var sheet = SpreadsheetApp.getActiveSheet();
var row = sheet.getLastRow();

for (; row > 1; row--)
{
if (!sheet.getRange(row, 1).getCell(1, 1).isBlank())
{
return row;
}
}

return 1;
}

and change:

var row = sheet.getLastRow() + 1;

to:

var row = lastRow() +1;

If you want to have the data cleared when it reaches the end of sheet, change:

var row = lastRow() +1;

to :

var row = lastRow();

if (row == sheet.getMaxRows())
{
sheet.getRange(2, 1, row - 1, 3).clearContent();
row = 2;
}
else
{
row++;
}

That should do it.

In the insertData function:

var row = sheet.getLastRow() + 1;

should be changed to:

var row = sheet.getRange("A1:C1").getLastRow() + 1;

Otherwise it inserts the data starting at row 8 instead of 2.

Have you tried InstaFetch? It's just about as good as the Instapaper client on iOS.

I actually stopped using Instapaper in favor of Read It Later. I like their new web interface better.
