I wasn't raised Christian, but sill managed to pick up a lot of guilt from my family.
I'd love to hear more about guilt. I struggle with the kind where I feel guilty without reason. For example I feel guilty if I win an argument (even if I was right).

Re: January: What Are The Top Three Things You’d Recommend To A Friend This Month?

Weinschorle: a mix of wine with sparkling water. Usually white wine. It tastes sparkly, and doesn´t contain much alcohol.
Callanetics. I can´t believe the post didn´t mention pH levels once. Basically, cleansers tend to be alkaline. Our skin likes to be slightly acidic. Toner brings the skin´s pH level closer to normal.

Re: DON’T CAKE UP YOUR MAKEUP!

Where is the ring from?

Re: Why Relationships Die

I really really loved this, thanks so much for writing it!

Re: Wardrobe Oxygen: Ask Allie: All About Undergarments

About nursing bras: underwires are bad only if the bra is badly fitted. I think online communities help with that, sharing one's obsession over out-of-the-way stuff.

As for writing and inspiration, pre-scheduling works wonders for me. Sometimes I churn out dozens of posts in one day and then don't feel like writing for a month -- pre-scheduled posts take care of that.

Re: 5 things we learned from the Gossip Girl 100th episode leaked scene

Nothing athletic? I'd say that for me Twitter is a huge distraction from real life. It's escapism, and it's way more shallow than blogs and forums. And it's a gigantic time-sucker.
The biggest problem with Twitter is that there is so much of it, and the good stuff is mixed with so much mindless BS and so much banality. I don't want to wade through that, and I don't want to open hundreds of "must read" links that people just mass-Tweet.
All of it: from point 1 to point 10, I get from blogs and forums. Even point 9: I prefer Facebook, at least I've just the people there who actually know me and care. Besides, I don't want to sift through hundreds of tweets to find the good stuff.
Re#1: Hoopdancing for 5 minutes makes me happier than tweeting about it all day long. If I've got no opportunity to hoop, I'd still prefer to watch a hooping video or read a hooping forum for goo, deep, conversations.

Re: Guest Giveaway!! I especially love the title ! What we want is so often very different from what we "ask for" (in both it´s senses: what we deserve, and the wishes that we express).
