The only limitations are: go through a us IP address to register (only the first time) and register a US phone number as your own.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For the IP address, just use a web proxy located in the US (I had some trouble finding one that worked well with Google Voice's site).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For the US phone number, buy a US Call In number from Gizmo5 (35$ for 1 year) or Skype.
