Well,California has an independent commission. Democrats could wiped out all 9 Republicans left in the state by splitting their Congressional district with large cities. Republicans gerrymander the Congressional district to dilute the power of African-Americans and Mexican-Americans. I guess,in Reid's world,America History doesn't exist.

And also the laws are different for someone who does crack cocaine and powder cocaine. It is not as though "Whites" are doing less drugs,just they do powder cocaine and if they get caught,they get probation.
