Seriously. The thought of two squirts seems so daunting - but then there you are with 3 kids (almost). Do you realize that you now have enough peeps in your family to make a proper basketball team. Intense.

And god, I hear you on being SO READY for go-time. After feeling pretty chill for most of this pregnancy, I have full-on baby fever these last couple of weeks.

Hiya! Thanks for reading and not silly at all. When pregs with Hazel we called her Baby H (our last name starts with H)....and H2 just sort of made sense for our second nugget. Having said that H2's name does not actually start with an H. :)

I know my leave has nothing to do with my work ethic and has everything to do with my awesome company. I wish more businesses would follow their lead. All working mamas deserve time to bond with their baby without the stress of having to make do without a paycheck.

(I promise to take full advantage of my time with my kiddos!)

Our Nanny is fantastic....a perfect fit for our family. She keeps me sane and Hazel LOVES her. We are still working out the details of my leave (she may work part time or flex time), but we definitely will not be letting her go - I really couldn't do it without her!

And point well taken. I certainly wasn't trying to hide the fact that I posted an affiliate link (as you can clearly see it is a rstyle link when you click through to the product), but I have updated the post to make it more transparent.

And for what it's worth - I only pointed out that this wasn't a sponsored post in that I hadn't been asked/compensated to cover this product. Yes, I will earn $2.66 commission if someone converts but that was not enough to incent me to write about (much less rave about) the make-up bag. I posted this because I just really really love the Pretty Committee set.

Hopefully my edits (and our comments) will clear things up.
