It is a step for Encarta/Microsoft not for anyone else. The content contributed will not have a free license, like the wikipedia. As Jimbo Wales said, smart contributers will realize this. And contributions are not published directly, they wait approval and editing.

How about making the process of sending SMS similar to distributed bittorrent or Tor servers.

By allowing users to run local SMS servers in their countries to receive and deliver those messages to local users.

It can be a subscription based or each server can limit the amount sent daily.

This will circumvent delays in international SMS delivery and the fact that some operators block twitter SMS to start with.

Actually it depends on your temper. If you are a normally peaceful man, I am sure you are, you can always deal with things in a controlled manner.

Even if this means that you leave the situation verbally insulted, in a matter of minutes you will forget about it. Again insults from people you know and love are the insults that really injure. The fight left you bad memory and left a mark but I am sure you have received countless number of insults or insensitive remarks from a lot of ass holes and they are of far less significance. (but some would consider that those small events kindled the fight.)

For sure this is very stressful, to frequently face a situation were you want to erupt in the face of some prick.

I think that this whole situation exists because it is some form of flow of stress between individuals. The taxi driver is working in a nerve wrecking job, driving for hours in the worst traffic with income that barely suits his socio-economic conditions and dodging corrupt police officers who want to screw him. His aggressive or passive aggressive behaviour is a way to vent. Albeit an inappropriate way. What you get is your share of the whole tormenting experience of living in this country in these troubled times.

The best way to vent is to talk, so if you decide to come back. Make sure to find someone who would listen.

The problem with etisalat offer is that it is a bit inflexible. Meaning that you don't really need 60 Mbytes a day with your mobile phone. Unless you will stream or download content. If there is a better way to change between the 5 MB per day offer and the 60 MB one then it would be more sensible.

The last paragraph almost reads like Obama and Biden will continue assisting Israel in killing civilians in a large jail.

Lets hope he closes down Guantanamo, outlaws torture, apologizes to the world for it, bans extraordinary renditions, investigates torture claims and compensates victims of torture.
