Each person serving our government , it be a polcie office, mailman, irs agent or conressman or president takes an oath to serve our people . to follow the Constitution. breaking that oath can not just lead to being fired but can be viewed as treason. but no one is being fired and no one is being indicted for treason . why? our government has been taken control of and not being held accountable. it is time to put these people out of office and in prison.

I searched for, asked others, and even heard others in the media so state that there is no clear path to impeachment unless the President violates a major Law or statute, and the media is on board to document the violation and keep it in front of the public. Nixon was guilty of some minor violation, clearly defined and was impeached with the help of the media. Obama has been guilty of egregious violations of conduct of the presidency and traditional statutes policy violations for which there is no clear violation of law, as long as a favorable media backs him and refuses to pursue these as such. Can the military in this country act as the military did in Egypt did to remove the President from active office? Can it act If the Constitution is threatened to the point where the country will unnecessarily start to fail due to presidential policies that have been formulated or enforced by twisting current law or Presidential decree? Can a few appointed judges back such violations as these as "constitutional" by interpretation of the courts, over the will of the people? Will the well educated leaders of the military act in concert with some (most) in Congress to impeach and make sure it happens. Given the NSA, IRS, FBI surveillance favorable to(controlled by) the Obama administration with it's secretive CZARS, is such a dialogue and discussion leading to a consensus to make such a move even possible? Between the homosexuals, the women's activist, and the Muslims in the government and the military, not to mention those that are left-leaning military leaders and officers, would it be possible for the military/national guard to respond as a cohesive unit to such as decision to impeach if it is clear the Constitution has been violated? The military is sworn first, to support and defend the Constitution. But there seem seems few on the left and those in minority and special activist groups that are similarly committed to that Oath of allegiance. That is why the Pledge Of Allegiance is so important to the average American that does not engage in Public, government, or military service. Hitler destroyed Germany's oath and substituted his own. We are not there yet, but some in office are ignoring that Oath right up to, but not yet clearly violating the law(so the Democrats in power and the dominant liberal media say). Voices say ignore, or rewrite the Constitution to suit the required changes. It should not be that easy.

Now if only the one higher up in the military woke up, it'd mean a possible coup.

I joined the US Navy in 1968 just after the Tet offensive. I served with the Marines as a Navy Corpsman and in other theaters of operations beside Viet Nam. I retired in 1994 after the first Gulf War where that I served with the First Marine Expididionary Force (IMEF) for short both in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

I recall that in 1969 a near entire crew of one air craft carrier walked off the ship and sat down on the dock in protest for having to return to South East Asia. What they did by military regulations was a court martialable offence. I was not in that sit down of civil disobedience because I saw it as an immoral act. That was then.

Now we have another generation of men that have been abused by the system, and all of whom know what is going on. Today information unlke then (1969) have the internet where unlike then all we had was plenty of Time Magazines floating around the barracks, around the base libraries, and other facilities to misinform us with the official propaganda. Hanoi Jane was featured on one edition as well as Joan Biaz and other ner do wells that had no morals and went to North Viet Nam to harrass our POW's, that the Johnson and Nixon Administrations chose to ignore and lie to the public about.

Today the internet is the only source of reliable news other than the alternative medias that give us the other side of what the Communist News Network, ABC, CBS, NBC and so on and so forth. Eveyone in the military knows all of this and now the Army has blocked the alternative sites.

I wholly favor today what the men that are protesting in uniform are doing. They have been cut short on supplies, fed worthless rations in the contract mess halls, that includes not receiving a full days ration of calories to eat and then go out on missions. Unlike when I served the military medicine was not the greatest but it was far better than the medical care that they get from the Clinton and Bush quid pro quo contract medicine that they are given today when they have to see some idiot that tells them whether or not they are sick. It is no wonder that they have had enough.
