can you tell me please swimming makes thin or not and makes weak
?

I have RA. I was diagnosed with it when I was 19. Swimming has got to be one of the best things I can do for my RA. Its low impact but still gets your heart flowing. I actually had my husband get a pool a few years ago. We got a heater and recently have enclosed it so I can swim all year. http://www.poolandspaenclos...

Thanks very much for this information. I have been looking for it for a while since I started swimming again and wanted confirmation of benefits. This was just perfect!

can you help me by giving me information on the benefits of swimming

Mark Booker • 10 years ago

That's great news. Yes my mid abs have vanished somewhere. Will start back with the pool. All else great but for a person getting to the Y at 5a two times a week I couldn't figure what was going on. I don't even eat like most.

is that the only answer

Mark Booker • 10 years ago

Yes Swimming is so physically beneficial my answer is yes. The article of the reasons are correct and the good question is have you ever met an accomplished swimmer who was fat and out of shape? My abs are already returning, they will be present at this winters tri swims where the tri athletics train for their impending trials during the year. I accidentally started swimming with them 2 years ago not understanding their specialty and was turning in 2400 meters every Monday and Wednesday morning. You can go running and get lots of benefit, but your joints will be impacted much much more than in swimming, plus you will not get as many benefits as the article says correctly. Can't swim? There are many people who live to help others swim, but you must make the effort and commitment Asinate.

No. Not everyone has great abs. That's the other answer. Even if you workout some of us have to just about starve at the same time to get there -- to a place we like and society too. And you don't even have to go to the YMCA to do it.

Starving is clearly over stated. If one thinks its AOK to drink soda or pop, to consume desserts and sprinkle sugar on things, let me rush to tell you that your diet must get real. TV is rife about getting fit showing big peoples accomplishments, there is no deigning this. Biggest Loser comes to mind, there are several other shows and networks that exercise daily. You are correct WHATS UP the YMCA is a great institution, but the truth is you can exercise in your home, but typically the drive of everyone doing that needs to be far higher than it takes to go to Golds Gym, Anytime Fitness or the Y. I work out because I need to for my health, I'm not ashamed of that and it seems I'm the only person to post His picture in the comments.
