In spite of the fact that the county leaders already have good perks including allowances for big personal cars and personal security, all they were interested in were more cars for members of their assemblies, money for travelling and stipends and big houses for the Governors. Haya sasa, we can continue sympathising with the criminals as they do what they know best, killing innocent people going about their daily lives.
