Dear Carolyn

My husband and I have been going through tough times since I made a decision to stay at home with my last two kids (we have four :-). I used to have this thing about hand down clothing but since money was a scarce item in our home my family and friends started giving us clothing that was so necessary and came in pretty handy. Then my mother passed away last year and left me with cupboards full of really good quality clothing. That is when I started thinking because now I have so much clothing in really good condition that I can actually open a shop. Thing is I am worried that other people might feel the same way I did about second hand clothing. I really want to help others by giving them the opportunity to own greatly loved clothing at an affordable price. My problem is I have to keep expenses very low in order to do that and that means I have to rent space in an area with low traffic. So many ifs! Do you have any suggestions?
