I'm a little unclear on the work that Dhaval Giani is doing. You mentioned kernel and the link provided talks about Linux it seems. So does this work apply to Android? FFOS? Desktop Linux? All of the above?

P.S. This Disqus thing is screwed up for some reason on your site (though not on others) so I had to open another browser to use it.

It will help Firefox and other apps that want to maximize memory on all of the above.
