Government officials linked to the PDAF scam should be put on administrative leave while undergoing investigation specially those that were appointed by the president. Isn't that what they do to erring policemen?

if the bs aquino administration is really willing to fight corruption, why did the dep't of budget & management refused to released all the documents pertaining to the transactions of his allies, partymates, and friends???

only 38% of the documents pertaining to the releases made by dbm to the senators, congressmen, government offices and implementing agencies from 2007 to 2009 was released to the coa... and out of the said documents 58 % were audited!

this is what people in the know call witch hunting... done against their political opponents!

You play, you pay! and CRIME does not pay. . . It does not matter who you knowor who you are or were. The money this crooked politicians took belongs to the tax payers. The Justice Department should confiscate and retrieve all these cash. Then investigate these thugs.

Imagine the billions of Pesos the government will get back from these thieves (i.e. Juan Ponce Enrile - a corrupt Marcos crony, Jinggoy Estrada - son of the infamous ERAP chardes fod plunder and found guilty - LIKE FATHER LIKE SON, & Bong Revilla - son of another corrupf Politician and former actor, etc.).

The money the government will get back from these thieves will be in the hundreds of billions. These will buy our military the very much needed fighter planes and warships we so badly need to defend our Exclusive Economic Zone in the Spratley Islands and Scarborough Shoals.

In my opinion, it is quite obvious from Binays' comments and his behavior that he will pardon Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada, Bong Revilla, etc and these politician thieves will get away with their crime and tax payers money.
