But, but, Crazy Uncle Joe said any woman can pick up a 12 guage shot gun and fire it out her window and that would scare away any intruder. Have you ever seen the effect that a 12 guage has on a 120 lb woman? You can watch it on youtube. Uncle Joe Biden, knows everything, despite the fact that it's illegal to discharge a weapon blindly and to shoot inside most cities, as well. You just have to tell the arresting officers that the VP, say's it ok.

thats IDIOT Joe Nobody in their right mind would want to be related to him

Hello Scott. You've been outed d-bag: http://thelibertyzone.wordp...
We know who you are now.

Nicki • 10 years ago

And thank you for pointing me to this discussion. This cretin has been running around the Internet, trying to pass himself off as a member of the intelligence community. It's about time he stopped.

Lakebound • 10 years ago

You're most welcome. But, thank you for providing a rather exhaustive body of work on our little man child Scott. You deserve the credit for outing this little poser.

Nicki • 10 years ago

You're very welcome. I wish they had a version of Stolen Valor for the intelligence community, so dimwits like this don't go running around the Interwebz posing as James Bond!

He also likes to play with HAM radio as well: Mr. Scott
A Schoemann is currently using Call Sign: N9TGW.

Yep, someone did dig that up on the blog back in April. This guy is quite a piece of... work! LOL

This is some pretty high-level stalker status.

If you're serious about stalking people via the internet, you should go to Encyclopedia Dramatica and start an entry for them and invite other people to add to it. Makes it a collaborative, community effort.

ONTIME • 10 years ago

Curly Joe is a union paid goon, actually in a closed environment like inside your home, the advantage is the shotgun. A 1 oz or more load of #6's or better can be devastating if you are competent with the short barreled weapon, be it a short stroke pump or a semi auto with 6 to 7 rounds....I prefer to use my shot guns for hunting of game but my security model is well placed and ready in my home...

doramin • 10 years ago

Oh Jeez! Not the stupid, sexist clips of the scantily-dressed chicks holding the bang-bang like it was a snake and getting kicked by it!

Y'know, there ARE also YouTube clips of petite women who actually know what the heck they are doing and are holding the gun properly...

DE OPPRESSO LIBER • 10 years ago

My guess, A s s clown biden and or his wife , never fired a shot gun.

Your studios appraisal of weaponry is so full of sh!t the rest of us stink just being near your posts. Take your nipple head back to boot camp and let your drill instructor beat some sense into it. You're a fool!

DeathFromTheShadows • 10 years ago

What's the matter Ramone? you have issues facing facts? Perhaps its you that needs to run through boot again. You obviously don't know your weapons drills, and as for a pathetic DI... well they are nothing to me, they cant stand up to the task. but that's because they spend too much time associating with pussies like you

Guest • 10 years ago

You've obviously never met a DI because you wouldn't dismiss them like that. Your ignorant arrogance makes me suspect you are merely one more Chairborne Ranger spouting off from his basement room on topics you know only from Soldier of Fortune, Apocalypse Now or Good Morning Vietnam.

You're full of sh*t and everyone here knows it. I'm positive now. There is no difference between .223 and 5.56. The individual shot in 00 Buck is closer to .33 caliber than .224.
I know you don't 'teach' anyone except your dog not to 'crap' in the house...but if you did, you're doing a lousy job if DI's are as bad as you claim, right?
Your only experience with the military is probably limited to the number of video games piled up in your basement. You're an obvious transparent fraud.

DeathFromTheShadows • 10 years ago

first you need to learn to read, second you need to learn how to comprehend what you read, third you need to stop lying about your experience, because your lies are what have outed you as a poser and as the true fraud, You have never been in the military, if you had you would know the difference between a .223 and a 5.56... and there IS a difference...

Anyone want to educate the Poser so that it isn't just me pointing out that he is a pathetic liar?

Guest • 10 years ago

You poor, poor soul. You will never know how wrong you are. If I cared I could provide a link to a website that would make you crawl under the living room rug over the utter humiliation. But I don't care. Kiss it, pal.

DeathFromTheShadows • 10 years ago

you are a pathetic little girl Brucie Ive already looked you up and laughed my ass off at you. you should have heard the comments from the rest of the crew... If you were ANYTHING you would know the difference between a 5.56 and a .223 and you DONT

'Crew'? What 'crew'? Your circle jerk buddies? What a f*cking load of bullsh*t. Only 'crew' you have is that bunch of pedophiles that pass you around every couple days. L my FAO.

Guest • 10 years ago

Am I getting under your skin, pal? Am I living rent-free in your sweaty little mind, loser? I've pretty well established the fact that you are 110% full of sh*t and 120% full of lies. My work is done here. Goodbye, loser. L my FAO.

DeathFromTheShadows • 10 years ago

you couldn't get under the skin of a shedding snake so don't flatter yourself... you still walking the street as a transvestite hooker? did they drop the charge due to "insufficient" evidence ( vice squad commentary was something about needing a magnifying glass)

hmswhitestar • 10 years ago

I am not a fire arms expert, nor do I have combat experience, but after a 5 minute internet search, there is clearly a major difference between the 5.56 round and the .223 round. This is what I read to base my statement on.

Good come back. Your logo suggests killing people is a noble profession. Can we assume the Talban think like you? Oh I'm a bad American now. What's it like dragon? Did the riddled bodies make you think of mom and apple pie? I thank you for your service dragon but don't come back here thinking you did something good. You did something necessary not something good. You have to live with any lives you took.

or maybe you are just a wanna-be

DeathFromTheShadows • 10 years ago

Do you see any commentary about what I have done, in regards to Killing Taliban? no you don't. I'm not a pussy like you who has to brag about things like that. I TRAIN people to stay alive under the worst conditions, Pussies like you die under the simplest of tasks... YOU are a pathetic little bug, nothing more. You want the people here to listen to the garbage of these wannabes, and read about them dying in the papers, Just like a good little minion of Obama.MY job on the other hand is to ensure they live through an encounter with an armed assailant.

Not really, Red. My Claymores in the hallway took care of you; the M-60 is just for a little bit of after-the-fact fun. :-)

socratease • 10 years ago

Single loading a shell straight into the chamber may be the quickest way to get back in the fight. ... It’s also handy if you need to switch to a slug for a single shot.

Try that with shells still in the magazine and you'll jam your gun. The way to load a single slug is to feed it into the bottom of the magazine tube, then cycle the action. This ejects the live shell in the chamber (if there is one) and feeds the slug.

DeathFromTheShadows • 10 years ago

well said, the only time you single load into the chamber is with an empty magazine. Again, this is the difference between a paper puncher (author) and those who practice for the real world situations

John Anderson • 10 years ago

If you taken a look at the Magpul Dynamics tactical shotgun series, you should only load from the breech when the mag is empty, and you visually verified that it is, or when switching to a slug for some higher range. I agree with Chris Costa when he said, in the video series, it takes a lot less time to visually inspect that your magazine is empty before breech loading, than it does to clear the jam that will result if it's not. The video also has some really, really good tips on fishing out the buckshot before breech loading a slug. After watching I practiced on my Mossberg 500A. Their Mossberg buck for slug swap procedure works perfectly! Since learning how to "surf" the live shell out of the chamber, I've used that swap technique exclusively. If I were to pick up a shotgun that isn't mine, and need to swap buck for slug, I'd do it through the tube mag like you said.

socratease • 10 years ago

That sound like a really good technique -- if it's safe to take your eyes off your target and you're standing in daylight. Those aren't conditions I'm counting on when I need my house gun. I think I'll stick with Louie Awerbuck's recommendation.

DeathFromTheShadows • 10 years ago

Just replace your follower with an after market combat follower. I recommend one with the large hole in the center. a quick touch with your finger, and there is no question that there is not a shell in position, also the Magpul series is for competition shooting... targets don't shoot back

John Anderson • 10 years ago

I think we watched a different Magpul series then....

Look up Magpul Art of the Tactical Shotgun on Amazon. It goes along with their tactical carbine, and pistol series. Definitely not for competition, though if Magpul has a competition series, I'd like to find it.

DeathFromTheShadows • 10 years ago

I'm sorry but I am yet to see any of the so called tactical vids from Magpul as anything BUT competition. There are so many mistakes made in them that the shooter wouldn't make it through the first scenario. They definitely are not for real combat.

DeathFromTheShadows • 10 years ago

One of the things the magpul series assumes is an off the shelf side ejecting shotgun. this is a rather bad assumption. If you have an Ithaca 37 In hand their tactics don't work, And not to consider is the 37 is MUCH faster to use by sheer design. and if it is one of the older riot guns, it can be fired just by holding the trigger back and pumping it. Next LOOKING at the mag tube takes your eyes off the target. There are multiple manufacturers of after market shotgun followers designed to be FELT, most with a hole in the center, distinguishing between a found and the follower. While the Magpul series is fine for getting you on the road for competition, it isn't up to par for real world shotgun combat were one second is the difference between life and death.

KelTech KSG bull pup pump with 14 round capacity is a viable option. Wish they made it in 20 gauge semi-auto.

Quigley56 • 10 years ago

The KSG is not a reliable gun, eh? If you really need 14 rounds for home defense, You need a rifle with a thirty round magazine!

Korruptor • 10 years ago

You failed to factor in the number of .30 caliber pellets in each round.

Guest • 10 years ago

I was also thinking about the 12 round drum on the street sweeper!

Happy Guy • 10 years ago

I have a 20-round on my Saiga.

Guest • 10 years ago

I was going to buy one almost a year ago and the prices jumped so much I said I will wait...need to check where they are at now!

You had any feeding issues? Trying to remember Gun-Test had some issues in their test I thought. It was the high end red jacket Saiga.
