Replayin all the Atelier games to hopefully catch up to the release of Firis. On Atelier Iris: Grand Phantasm right now.

and oh, i think i was also not done with Atelier IRis 3.. the ps2 atelier are the best imo.

and i still have to play Atelier Shallie.. and i did not even know much about Atelier Sophie xD is that one available on ps4 yes?

I'm excited to play Escha n Logy cuz it kinda reminds me of the battle system from Mana Khemia (switchin characters out) but I'm gonna try n breeze thru these games as quickly as possible. Shallie looks good as well and yes, Sophie is only on PS4 for the US. It was suppose to be both PS4 n PS3 but thats only in Japan.

Hopefully after I get those games out the way I can start the Ar Tonelico series again. I havent beat them but I did get far back in the day.

Ar Tonelico is good too, but i prefer MK/Atelier.

Still waiting on Shallie+ but I'm glad the series keeps on going; we need magic and fairy tale-like tales to even the scales of edgy dudes and other hardcore tropes~.

If you look at all the heroines from the Arland and Dusk trilogies (though the same applies to older games, just look at Marie and Ellie), you will notice that none of them stand out a ton. That's part of the charm of the series, they don't put as main leads girls that stand out drastically above the rest. They are just normal girls living a Life withing the game's World~.

Also saving the world was sort of afterthoughts for most of these titles which is how I like it and the way i see it: the world can go scru itself, i got shit to make :)

Wow, I know it's just two characters but it feels like this is gonna be somewhat different than the usual Atelier game (The designs are great though and I can't wait to put some names to these lovely ladies) and I'm glad they're continuing the "Mysterious" series that started with Sophie, hopefully that means we see some returning characters too! :D

I loved Mana Khemia. I really wish they would make a new one or port the second to the Vita. I tend to buy all of the Atelier games even though I don't finish them. I love them so much.

Oh man, my excitement is real! Obviously going to be a second game to Atelier Sophie by the fact "Mysterious" is in the title. Love the design of the two characters. Can't wait to find out more about it! This definitely makes my night.

I like the outfit of the one on the left pretty well, but I'm still not a big fan of the character designs this arc. "Mysterious Journey" sounds interesting though. they have been iterating on the series mechanics a lot lately, I wonder what their focus is for this one.

According to the picture posted, it will be on PS Vita, at least. It is guaranteed to only be on Playstation, though, and very likely on PS4, as well, just like Atelier Sophie.

Well, considering they're maintaining the "Mysterious" in the subtitle, odds are it'll cross with sophie, at least for dlc as they've done for most of the trilogy arcs so far back as the PS3 era titles.Might be a sequel, might be a prequel, might run parallel to sophie timeline-wise though. we'll find out soon enough.
