There is no evidence of Trump fading if you look at ALL the polls done without injecting bias...

Trump fading = Media lies

So Hispanics prefer law and order just as much as everyone else? Who knew? No one in America is against immigration. All clear-thinking Americans are against ILLEGAL immigration because it takes from the taxpayers and is an affront to those who came here properly. WE get to decide who comes here and in what manner. That's a policy that will get anyone from any party elected.

Trump is leading in every poll. He isn't fading. He has more support than the RINO candidates Jeb!, Rubio, Kaich, and Graham COMBINED.

The article rightfully points out that most American born Hispanics support the rule of law and have little sympathy for those individuals who broke the law. The writer proposes background checks on those already here rather than mass deportation which Trump supports. However, the problem is conducting a background check on a person who's identity is unknown.

Most illegal immigrants use fake or stolen SS numbers so there's no point in conducting a background check. The best way to fix the system is to implement a entry-exit system, increased border security, and to encourage those here illegally to leave voluntarily. Since 80% of illegal immigrants are on some type of welfare what they can do is issue a person a Notice to Appear when they apply for benefits.

That particular policy would encourage most to self deport rather than risk standing before an immigration judge. Others would take a chance to apply for asylum while there Medicaid or food stamp applications are processed. With this proposal people would be compelled to make their own decisions while simultaneously fixing our broken immigration system.
