He has a 35,000 square foot mansion in bath ohio.He had it custom built and is unbelievable. When he bought the Miami home,he was told he was overpaying for it but his mother liked it.I'm one of the neighbors that got cupcakes and a letter saying sorry for all the hoopla on the street when he decided to come back to Cleveland.

LaMarr Anthony • 8 years ago

First of all if you can afford 15 Mil to buy a house like that, then you already have your own furnuture, so stop whining about staging. Some people are just nosy and want to see what Lebron's stuff looks like. It has top of the line finishes, so paint the walls a non-neutral color. I'd buy it just for the view out the master to look at my yatch floating off the deck overlooking the infinity edge pool and ocean

Robert Stone • 8 years ago

when a home is for sale, realtors often rent furniture so that the home doesn't look empty and the prospective buyer gets an idea how it looks furnished. This is probably not LeBron's furniture that he left there

dlewenz • 8 years ago

You got to be kidding me! The home is not staged?

LaMarr Anthony • 8 years ago

can you afford it? If so what's a couple of sofas and throw rugs gonna do for you

Babette • 8 years ago

with all of those dark colors he seems to be depressed. However, he is a guy who wouldn't have a lot of pastel colors. All white with colored assessories would be better.

LaMarr Anthony • 8 years ago

Well when you buy nit you can paint it and add all the decor you like, just write the check

it seems like way too much black & white because most of the furniture
was taken out which would have given a more colorful picture with the black & white background.i know this, because i have been in the home.

mariar56 • 8 years ago

way too much black & white. Makes it look commercial not homey Maybe you could sell it to a madam? Why doesn't someone throw in some pastels Like coral or salmon color accents? Light green mint or willow...to limey can be off putting. Raspberry or strawberry or peach like ice cream. I found it to have a depressing interior. After all it's worth nothing if you don't sell it.

Cpt_Justice • 8 years ago

Thank you!! My first thought: "Too dark!", & then my next thought, "Too bland!" You'd have to spend a couple million just fixing the interior!

Michael Travis Eshleman • 8 years ago

I think Kobe's home looks even better ;)

ANGEL YOUNG • 8 years ago

Its funny, It takes a complete team(supporting)cast to win championships in which he really doesn't have in Cleveland but he did in Miami. Maybe next year if they get a better supporting cast for LeBron and Irvin to push for the SHIP. Till then its gonna be rough. If he wants to win SHIPS then he should've stayed in Miami, Riley would've and could've made that happen.

Steve Ortega • 8 years ago

La Queen Jane should have stayed in Miami,BUT he figuered if I bail out,Miami will come begging.SURPRISE,Miami did"nt want him back. That iswhy Wade and Bosh waited until he signed with cavs and then went back with Heat.

Cal Gray • 8 years ago

You really thingk that is why? Wade opt'd so so they can give leBron the max deal. the kid wanted to go back. He gave ya'll 4 years of sold out seats and Championship games what else u guys want him to do ur laundry, wash ur cars?

John N • 8 years ago

You guys are all clueless. David Love? Irvin? Ships? Varajoe?
Great cast on Miami? The biggest reason LeBron left Miami was because Miami's owner wouldn't sign Miller or pay tax to do it.
Kevin Love, Kyrie Irving, Anderson Varajao, Chips... If you can't spell or know what it is you're talking about no one will take you serious.

Deno Lorenzo • 8 years ago

He had a great supporting cast before all the injuries : David Love, Kyrie Irving, and Anderson Varajoe! If, and that's a big if, those guys would have been available in the Finals, it could have been another story! However, injuries are a part of the game!

Cal Gray • 8 years ago

Varajoel is a good friend to LeBron but with the rise of the young PF (can't think of hi name right now) Varaj may not get a invite back next year

derrick jones • 8 years ago

Agreed, if Irvin and Love were active they would have won in my opionion. anyways get ready for Lebron to 3peat in Cleveland. As you can see and guess, every year the man plays he will be in the championship game.

Lmao.......David Love....

As soon as I hit post, I knew I messed up! David? Dumb, dumb, dumb mistake! Sorry!

*I am a die hard 46 year old DIE HARD Cleveland fan. I was at red right 88,-30 to-40 wind chill, I started getting frostbite on my toes by halftime and my Dad ran out to the car (no where close & normally no in & outs at a game) and grabbed a blanket to wrap my feet, I was 11 yrs. old, we manned it out! Brian Sipe threw an interception at the end of a playoff game when a field goal would have won it. The Oakland Raiders won that game and became one of the only Super Bowl Champs as a Wild Card team.
*Elway's 98 yard drive to tie the game with less than 2 min. left, then a field goal in over time right in front of us. Hundreds of people went as close to the opposite side of the original Dawg Pound to distract the kicker, then cheered and jumped for joy for the missed kick (we were directly behind the uprights), then a few seconds later one referee gave the arms up in the air "GOOD?" sign, and to my surprise a riot didn't break out. Two things, if that had been the other end, the Dawg Pound, I'm afraid a riot would've broken out. Second, the Browns lost one of the best safetys to a drug overdose before the season started, no way Elway has that 98 yd drive. I was a Junior In High School.
*Senior Year, "The Fumble!" These were both AFC Championships. Same year followed Cleveland State, followed every minute possible as a 13th seeded team in the NCAA March Madness lost to Navy and David Robinson in some controversy.
*2nd year of College, Cleveland Sate, worked at a nightclub where some of the Browns "grieved" after being beat in the Championship game for the 3rd time in 4 years. One night the next year had Kosar, Franco Harris, Charles Barkley and then some all at the club, interesting.
*Throw in two baseball All-Star games I got the honor of going to. The 1st time Cleveland Hosted March Madness, 1st round and I made 10X I paid for the tics and got to take my Dad w/good seats. Mich. St. won that bracket & tournament.
*I saw the Tribe beat Atlanta & Florida, one game my friend and basked in the glory and were the last to get thrown out.
*Then we get to Daughrety, Nance, Ehlo, Price, Hot Rod, etc... and ahh KERR, the current enemy. They were contenders year after year, but weren't they all.
*Then Lebron came, and then he came back. Here we are, The National NBA Championships, Cleveland now with home field advantage 1-1
footnote - I went to 3 rivers stadium and watched the Browns Beat the Steelers on Sunday Night Football, I hurt my back getting tackled, on a guard rail, during a victory dance, after the game, by a Steeler's fan, my best customer. WHEN THE CAVS WIN THIS SERIES AND CHAMPIONSHIP THIS WILL BE A CLOSE SECOND. If you're not from Cleveland and you read all of this, Kudos!!!
*I THINK MYSELF AND 14 OTHER SIMILAR CLEVELAND SPORTS SURVIVORS COULD SHARE THIS HOME AND INVITE OTHER CLEVELANDERS WHO'VE BEEN THROUGH SIMILAR FEELINGS AND CHARGE A SMALL PRICE TO RELAX FOR A WEEK OR TWO WHERE THE KING LIVED
GO LEBRON, AND THE CAVS, YOU ARE THE MEN!
.

January 4, 1981 - Red right 88!

January 11, 1987 - The Fumble - (Had they won, I was going to the Super Bowl in Pasadena!).

January, 1988 - The Fumble

December 24, 1988 - Ernest Byner gets a personal foul and lose to Houston by a few points

May 7, 1989 - The Shot! Michael Jordan over Craig Ehlo

October 23, 1997 - The Choke - Jose Mesa blows 1 run lead in bottom of the 9th in game 7

"The Curse on Cleveland started in 1959 or 1960 when the Indians traded Rocky Colavito for Harvey Kuenn - "Don't Knock the Rock"!

Shawn Freels • 8 years ago

dont forget the 1995 world series....... justice prevails ring a bill

Deno Lorenzo • 8 years ago

Didn't forget it! That team was probably the Indians best ever and they should have won the Series. Even though it was a tough loss, it wasn't nearly as heartbreaking as anyone of the above!?

Its funny to see these stupids comments do any of you have anything close to this House

Brad McDermott Sr. • 8 years ago

LOL yall have to be kidding me!!!!!! What's funny is that your critical about the comments but yet your comment deserves the criticism!!! what the hell is "These Stupids" all about? Lol make sure all u "STUPIDS" come up with better comments!!! Get real "STUPIDS"!!!!!!!

RJ • 8 years ago

.....agree Darius because none of them are smart enough to realize that the house has been professionally staged by the real estate co. in charge of selling it. Seems the commentators are just like the pain in the backside "buyers" on any of the home "improvement" shows where the husband or wife complains about the "color" of a wall.....that a simple paint job would take care of.

joyce taylor • 8 years ago

It doesn't have to be staged and even if it was it was a man's home in the first place.what do people expect a man's home to look like?!

soflofun • 8 years ago

i watch those shows and have to laugh. Actually, doesn't the brown theme look a little Clevelandish. Some people here think everything miami is south beach, and the house is on an island in Biscayne Bay, not on the ocean. It happens to be one of the most beautiful places you'll ever see. and Doctor Feelgood,(see below) this is where the real wealthy live, no one buying in this part of town, you're a moron. It' call Star Island, you couldn't afford to cross the bridge to get to it.

DoctorFeelgoodMD • 8 years ago

No one is buying in the part of town. The high end buyers are not interested, plain and simple.

kenrmer • 8 years ago

The furnished rooms had no warmth.
The unfurnished rooms where stale with the finishes.
The saving grace are the views to the outside

Ginger • 8 years ago

The home doesn't show warmth because it's EMPTY.
