Something tells me this is going to get worse before it gets better. Sad story and unimaginably sad outcome.

If this is true, some so called professionals need to do some deep soul searching. I hope this is fully investigated and appropriate discipline dolled out and there is a real change in the department's culture.

This is one incident that has gotten everyone in the Fire Service industry talking about.

While their have been previous firefighter suicides, this is one that is "Galvanizing" a lot of people to look in to how the "System" that she worked for failed her at the most time of her life.

Why didn't she go to her Co. Officer of FD Chaplin for help, we'll never know.
