Misogynist Mullah will cry "Islam is in danger" and the patriarchal society will insist on his being the final arbiter.So it is futile effort,and doomed at the outset.

Let this so called triple talaq be there . It will erode social and family values among Muslims . Then there will be anger from within and people will hate this religion and its values .

Triple talaq is divorce. They are talking about it and why it is bad for the institution of marriage. Are you that dumb?

Religion is all about system. If someone did not understand the system from being within itself, then no one can understand its value.
Whereas, if someone want to defy system value, then he / she can go to any extend. The important thing is that, if a system is right at first place, then there should be risk mitigation plan in place to counter anti productive measure to that system.

Dear Writer - The simple answer is , that it is written in Quran , to wait for three menopause (Tuhar) - the logic is Hazrat Muhammad SAW , said that amongst all the Halal things Talaq is disliked by Allah almighty - islam promotes marital relationship and to safe a family from being broken - Regards .

In fact triple talaq is talaq and three months 90 days are given for reconsidering the dispute involved. It can be revoked before expiry of 90 days. Even after expiry of 90 days.The couple can performe Nikkei without Hilala. Second time this procedure is again available. Third time halal. Unnecessary debate should not be encouraged.
