Belgium has a Muslim population of about 6 or 7%- that's the official figures so it's likely higher but nowhere near 40%.
They do tend to cluster however, Muslims comprise about 25% of the pop. in Brussels for example.

You can't trust those official estimations anymore. I'm living in Germany in a normal, wealthy, mid-sized and quite town and these days I see more headscarfs than anything else - even on weekends when normal people are visible because they aren't at work.

It's a well known fact that children who mistreat and mutilate animals generally grow up to be psychopaths.
