Alright already! We've been waiting for 8 years for this issue to be resolved! What is the hold up?!

In 2012 an attorney for Obama admitted the birth certificate was a forgery. This was a court case to get Obama on the New Jersey ballot. The attorney said that the only requirement to let Obama be on the ballot was his popularity.

I never knew of this court case, and it is on video and audio. The lying propaganda media never reported on it, so the majority of Americans never knew about it, just like me. It quietly was buried and forgotten about.

This is disturbing on many levels. I always suspected Soros was behind the forgery.

No such thing ever happened Even Mario Apuzzo, the attorney opposing Obama, posted on his web site that it never happened. No Obama attorney has ever said that the birth certificate is a forgery.

So reps let him destroy the nation so they would not be trashed bs both sides are paid or agree with the soros agenda it would not have been hard to prove theres alot of info he was not born here.

You do not get a live birth certificate if you are born in a hospital.

On the contrary. You always get a certificate of live birth if you are born in a hospital (except in the case of a fetal death). Any child who is born alive, and whose birth certificate is timely filed gets a certificate of live birth--the standard vital records term (see for example this vital records association post: http://www.naphsis.org/blog... If the child is stillborn, then it's a certificate of fetal death, and if the certificate is filed late, it's a delayed birth certificate.

The real problem with this birth issue is both party (quietly) don't want to pursue this part of the constitution. Now if the "new" supremes will make a decision to end this argument that will qualify or disqualify the current president. The RINO's and the DNC try to push true the NBC issue qualification,that is why the last year RNC nomination process Cruz claim he has a judgement being born in Canada and having a Cuban father is qualified.(of course its NOT but he and his cronies claim he is qualified NBC)

I want to ask a serious question.

I was a member of the American Grand Jury that indicted Obama and that attempted to get ANY law enforcement official to bring charges on that indictment. I say that because I was, am and always will be someone who absolutely believes that Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen, and is likely not even an American citizen of any stripe.

My question is that with Sheriff Arpaio's coming press conference announcing the definitive results of the investigation into Obama's fake BC, isn't it too little, too late?

In other words, what could possibly be done at this point to make Obama face the consequences of his fraud? His protectors are deeply embedded into the United States justice system, including the United States congress. Who is there who will do anything when faced with undeniable proof?

Somebody please tell me some good news about this new revelation, because all I see is the same-ol', same-ol'. Obama is going to be VERY comfortably retired, and will be free to go on to do his utmost to continue to wreck this nation that he hates so much.

I think the sheriff should wait until Trump inauguration don't make any noise after he is sworn in president the whole picture change let the new DA and a new DOJ will decide the future of this impostor,and his crooked Killary.

I don't know how you could even form an opinion as to whether Obama is a NBC or not because his birth certificate is clearly a forgery.

Without knowing who his parents were (ever see a photo of a pregnant Stanley Ann Dunham?) or where he was actually born, it's purely a coin-flip as to his NBC status.

Personally, I think the key to unraveling the whole lie is probably hidden somewhere in Seattle where Ann Dunham showed up out of the blue just days after "giving birth" to baby Barry.

To me, this has always been the weak link in the Obama birth narrative.

By his own admission, his father was a foreign national, thereby disqualifying him from running for president under article II of the constitution describing a 'natural born citizen'. Neither Cruz nor Rubio met this threshold either. Once Trump gets his Supreme appointee seated, he can then petition the court to disqualify everything that Obama enacted while posing as president.

Any person, forget the parentage BORN IN THE UNITED STATES is a native born citizen and no matter how they got across the border...if that BABY IS BORN HERE IN A STATE (with or without a HOSPITAL...in a CAB IN LA OR SAN DIEGO...and the STATE SUBSEQUENTLY issues a BIRTH CERTIFICATE as having been born in the USA!!!! That baby belongs to us. He or She is a CITIZEN.

Cruz is definitely not a NBC, but because of the ruling in "Minor" Rubio almost certainly is Article II eligible. He was born on US soil to resident legal immigrant parents. Not the Vattel definition, but we can thank the SCOTUS for muddying those waters.

As for Obama, we have no idea. Until we know for sure who his parents were and where he was born, it's impossible to know whether or not he's a NBC.

I am an expert on the NBC issue. I don't need to do anymore "research" to know that under current case law -- as in the "Minor" case I cited, Rubio is a NBC.

He was born a US citizen on US soil to legal resident aliens. The citizenship of his parents is irrelevant under "Minor", "Eng", and "Bellei".

Do not confuse the classic definition of NBC that comes from Vattel (native birth to citizen parents) with the current case law that requires only a native birth.

NBC status has never been granted by the SCOTUS (the only court that can do so) to anyone not born on native soil, or as in John McCain's case, born on a US military installation or territory.

That's where Ted Cruz's trouble starts. He was born in Canada to a Cuban national father and an expatriate mother and issued a Canadian birth certificate at the time of his birth. Cruz was born a Canadian citizen.

Rubio was born on US soil as a US citizen. The SCOTUS has never denied NBC status to anyone native-born as a citizen.

If it were up to me, I would enforce the Vattel definition of the term: birth on US soil to citizen parents.

But the Court has never upheld that definition (even though that's clearly what the Framers intended) and stare decisis would prohibit them from reversing 200 years of rulings to the contrary.

As for Obama, even if his father really was the Kenyan Barack Sr., as long as he was born on US soil to an American mother, the courts would certainly find him to be a NBC given the case law and legal precedents already in place.

I'm not saying I like that (I don't), but that's the reality of how the term is legally defined and applied.

The grandmother is irrelevant at this point, but you're correct -- if the BC were proven to be fraudulent (as it certainly is), and his SS# proven to be stolen, that would open the door to any number of legal charges and actions.

To "strip" him of his citizenship (something the courts almost never do), it would have to be proven conclusively that he was born a citizen of another country to non-citizen parents. THAT MIGHT BE THE CASE, but good luck proving that to a court.

I have a feeling that Sheriff Joe and Co. have some new info that we haven't even thought of yet.

Again, until we have a real birth certificate we have no way of knowing whether Obama/Soetoro is a NBC or even citizen.

The BIRTH CERTIFICATE could be a sworn statement from a CAB DRIVER, A Fireman or a Policeman that he was indeed born OUTSIDE OF A HOSPITAL. I noticed the signatures on the "Birth Certificate" were too fresh to have been signed back when O'Bama was allegedly born in Hawaii. But then I remembered the words of that great showman P.T. Barnum, "There's a sucker born every second". SO, What are we?

When it first came out on the internet I downloaded a copy. I as a highly trained engineering tech KNOW it was fake for MANY reasons.

Fonts were in it that were not available at that time of the certificate. A font is a type set if you please uniquely designed to look certain ways and follow certain patterns. IBM, and all major companies did not use those sets, they came out at least 15 years later, I used to know when/forgot that. I KNOW that they were not used on any typewriter even in government and the business world as an ex IBM'er who had worked on computer peripheral machines (typewriter, page printer, whatever).

Also the document was photoshopped. Photoshop was the first most powerful program to layer/overlay pictures & documents which came out probably about 20 years after the birth certificate of Obama. Progress was being made in technology but printing at Obama's time was crude compared with today. All documents were printed on flat paper with no depth of layers - only one. I think I saw at least 3 when I looked at the document. To understand layering, think of a computer screen that shows you final results yet stores the data in the format used by the program. If you today look at a layered document you can strip away one document, let's say of the body of the text. Another layer can have lines and some photo prints, and the last can have signatures or other info added. Each of the 3 individually are just PARTS of the whole document and if one layer was missing it would not look like a valid document. Obama's certificate is NOT VALID because the technology was not even on the drawing board at that time let alone used by the government or in commercial use.

There are other points I used to know but these 2 should, with an honest and objective mind, fully each disqualify the FRAUDELENT document. Arpaio has SINGULARLY looked into with hundreds of professionals to prove yay or nay that the document is fraudelent. I am not a detective but I know what I point out as fact and anyone who is honest can do their own homework and reason out these facts. It may not be convenient but it is truth/fact.

Obama’s Hawaii Certificate

The
document released by the White House as Obama’s Certificate of Live
Birth appears to be a fake! And a poor one at that. It doesn’t take a
forensic specialists to see serious problems. After reviewing the form
released in comparison to the earlier released Susan Nordyke
Certificate, there is a real problem, for Obama’s appears to be
duplicated directly from the Nordyke document. I call your attention to
the obvious errors:

Note the Hour block NO. 5b on Line 2 at the
far right and you will see that the typed P.M. is the identical one from
the Nordyke document, with the M below the line in the exact same place
as the Nordyke document.
The date of 8-7-61 in block No. 18b is the
exact, identical written date copied from the Nordyke document, even
though on the Nordyke document the signature of the parent is slanted
backwards.
Also note that on the Nordyke document, the parent signed
the document on the supposedly same day that Ann Durham signed Obama’s,
but the dates of the Attendant’s signature and the Local Registrar’s
signature are the very next day; whereas on the Nordyke document, the
signatures were affixed and dated four days later.
In block 7g on both documents appears the identical hand written No. 2 in the very same place.
In Block No. 3 appears identical hand written “x’s” in the same place on both documents.
Also,
the released photo of the Nordyke document shows the coiled slightly in
the upper left hand corner, though laid onto what appears to be carpet
or cloth. The Obama document has the identical coiled upper left hand
corner, but the herringbone legal cross stitched pattern to the paper
carries over into the background of the photo, though the upper left
hand corner is blackened out. If you hold both up together, the
curvatures in the lines are exactly the same. If you look closely at the
herringbone legal print of the background on both the left and right
side margins, the printed document is superimposed onto the legal
background and not original.
On the left side margin, there is a
vertical margin line running up the entire side, with additional
horizontal lines exposed to the left of the margin in the coiled down
fold of the document. In those unidentified blocks are identical hand
written marks that match identically to the Nordyke document.
I
believe the document has enough errors to warrant a forensic expert and
digital imagery technician’s full inspection, because it appears to be
faked directly off the Nordyke certificate, and that done very poorly.

Obama is ‘not’ Constitutionally Eligible

Hill, PA – 04/28/11) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who
filed suit against Barack H. Obama on August 21, 2008 challenging
Obama’s lack of “Constitutionally Eligibility” to serve as President of
the United States stated that Obama’s release of this document that
Obama calls his long form Birth Certificate raises further questions of
the legitimacy of the document itself. Moreover, even if it were a
legitimate birth certificate, which it is not, it still does not answer
the question of Obama’s Constitutional Eligibility.

Berg said,
“The Birth Certificate issued by Obama on national Television, have
missing factors: Mother’s address; length and weight of baby; and where
the signature of Stanley Ann Dunham appears, it says “mother or
informant”. Additionally, the authenticity of the document itself is
already being questioned for many reasons”

Berg continued, “Even
if Obama could produce a long form Birth Certificate, which is highly
doubted, it fails to answer the questions into Obama’s adoption in
Indonesia.”

Berg said, “I have received many calls claiming Obama
could not have lost his U.S. citizenship by his mother’s acts of
expatriation. In part this is true, however, he Nationality Act of
1940, revised 1952, Section 318(a) states, “A former citizen of the
United States expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s
parent or parents and who has not acquired the nationality of another
country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of his parent
or parents may be naturalized upon filing a petition for naturalization
before reaching age of Twenty-Five [25] years and upon compliance with
all requirements of the naturalization laws with the following
exceptions: (b) No former citizen of the United States, expatriated
through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents shall be
obliged to comply with the requirements of the immigration laws, if he
has not acquired the nationality of another country by any affirmative
act other than the expatriation of his parent or parents, and if he has
come or shall come to the United States before reaching the age of
twenty-five years. (c) After his naturalization such person shall have
the same citizenship status as if he had not been expatriated.”

Berg
continues, “Renewing an Indonesian Passport after the age of 18 is an
affirmative act, as you are swearing allegiance to another Country.
Soetoro/Obama renewed his Indonesian Passport when he traveled to
Pakistan that is why he had to stop in Indonesia first. Remember, in
1981, Dunham was divorcing Soetoro in Hawaii and was not in Indonesia.
Obama/Soetoro admits to traveling to Indonesia first and then onto
Pakistan. Soetoro/Obama claims in his book “Dreams from my father” that
he stopped in Indonesia to visit his mother. But again, his mother was
not in Indonesia, she was in Hawaii with Maya, divorcing Lolo Soetoro.
In addition, the State Department has stated in response to a FOIA
[Freedom of Information] request that they do not have a U.S. Passport
application on file for Barack H. Obama.”

Berg said, “Despite the
above however, Indonesia required Obama/Soetoro to do a bit more upon
his 18th birthday. In fact the Indonesian law gives until the age of
Twenty-One [21]. Soetoro/Obama would have had to sign an Affidavit
relinquishing his Indonesian citizenship and said Affidavit had to be
sent to the Indonesian Government before reclaiming any U.S. citizenship
he may have once held.

When it comes to the citizenship of
individuals in other countries, we are prevented from interfering, Hague
Convention 1930. During the late 60's all the way up until 2006
Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. In 2006, Indonesia changed
their laws to permit dual citizenship; however, Indonesia has had its
battles with enforcing their new law permitting dual citizenship.

From
the legal research we have done, it appears that Soetoro became an
Indonesian citizen. When Soetoro/Obama was approximately four [4] years
old his parents divorced and thereafter, Soetoro/Obama’s mother,
Stanley Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia.
Evidence points to the fact that Lolo Soetoro either signed a government
form legally ‘acknowledging’ Soetoro/Obama as his son or ‘adopted’
Soetoro, either of which changed any citizenship status Soetoro/Obama
had to a “natural” citizen of Indonesia.

At the time Barry
Soetoro was in Indonesia, all Indonesian students were required to carry
government identity cards or Karty Tanda Pendudaks, as well as family
card identification called a Kartu Keluarga. The Kartu Keluarga is a
family card which bears the legal names and citizenship status of all
family members.

Soetoro/Obama was registered in a public school
as an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro and his father was
listed as Lolo Soetoro, M.A according to the Indonesian school
records. Indonesia did not allow foreign students to attend their
public schools in the late 1960’s or 1970’s, and any time a child was
registered for a public school, the child’s name and citizenship status
were verified through the Indonesian Government. See Constitution of
Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945),
Chapter 13, Law No. 62 of 1958 (all citizens of Indonesia have a right
to education). There was no way for Soetoro/Obama to have attended
school in Jakarta, Indonesia legally unless he was an Indonesian
citizen, as Indonesia was under tight rule and was a Police State. See
Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik
Indonesia 1945), Law No. 62 of 1958. These facts indicate that
Obama/Soetoro is an Indonesian citizen, and therefore he is not eligible
to be President of the United States.

Under Indonesian law, when
a male acknowledges a child as his son, it deems the son, in this case
Soetoro/Obama, an Indonesian State citizen. See Constitution of Republic
of Indonesia, Law No. 62 of 1958 concerning Immigration Affairs and
Indonesian Civil Code (Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata) (KUHPer)
(Burgerlijk Wetboek voor Indonesie).

Furthermore, under the
Indonesian adoption law, once an Indonesian citizen adopts a child, the
adoption severs the child’s relationship to the birth parents, and the
adopted child is given the same status as a natural child and the child
takes the name of his step-father, in this case, Soetoro. See Indonesian
Constitution, Article 2.

The Indonesian citizenship law was
designed to prevent apatride (stateless) or bipatride (dual)
citizenship. Indonesian regulations recognized neither apatride nor
bipatride (stateless or dual) citizenship. Since Indonesia did not
allow dual citizenship; neither did the United States (since the United
States only permitted dual citizenship when ‘both’ countries agree); and
since Obama/Soetoro was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia, the United
States would not step in or interfere with the laws of Indonesia. Hague
Convention of 1930.”

As a result of Soetoro/Obama’s Indonesian
‘natural’ citizenship status, Soetoro/Obama could never regain U.S.
‘natural born’ status, if he in fact he ever held such, which we doubt.
Soetoro/Obama could have only become ‘naturalized’ if the proper
paperwork were filed with the U.S. State Department, after going through
U.S. Immigration upon his return to the United States; in which case,
Soetoro/Obama would have received a Certification of Citizenship
indicating ‘naturalized’.

Berg continued, “Regardless, we have

said, “Obama’s ‘LEGAL NAME’ is Barry Soetoro, his name when he was
adopted or acknowledged by his Step-Father, Lolo Soetoro, in Indonesia.
Obama refers to his Step-Father, Lolo Soetoro, in one of his books.

facts that substantiate ‘Soetoro/Obama is a fraud, a phony, an imposter
and this is the biggest ‘HOAX’ against our country in our history’. We

Attorney General that he knows to investigate Soetoro/Obama and take

overwhelming actual and circumstantial evidence is that Soetoro/Obama
was born in Mombasa Kenya Africa and with only one [1] parent, his
mother, a U.S. citizen, and by the law in effect on August 4, 1961, she
could not convey ‘natural born’ status to Soetoro/Obama.”

additional facts that Attorney General Eric Holder is in a position of

The FACTS need to come out BEFORE Obuma is out of office and out of reach. If he retires as a president it will take decades to go through the process of clearing out the mass of executive orders, appointed agents, illegal legislation and other damage he will leave behind.
