Well, I guess a number of Islamic nations are going to have to unite and fight them. Otherwise, world Islam is going to re-open under "new management."

  • Daishi3100

Exactly, and the odds of them fighting together to defeat ISIS becomes a question of 'will it be in time' and 'will it be enough'?

  • sipius

The commie journos and 60's non-conformist hippies installed a radical marxist muslim effeminate rookie as the commander in chief and president of the most powerful nation on earth......what did you think was going to happen back in 08.....and oh yeah, we told you so...

  • Milton Devonair

I don't understand. Haven't all these people heard our Dear Leader barack give one of his performance readings of what someone else wrote for him to read?
Don't they know that "Bush" is out of office?
    I don't understand....

  • Cynicles

Neither does the America hating tyrant.

  • Bob Loblaw

    Exactly! Reap what you sow.

As for Obama, By their fruits ye shall know them!

    We told ya so.

  • airmecher1

That we did. Many times. Zerobama is such a failure. When you elect a known, admitted drug user and lousy student to the presidency we now know for a fact what will happen.

  • Individualist

Barack's plan is to bring the world to the pre Gulf I model. He wants the ISIS led Sunni State to exist in limbo and to be constantly fighting the Shiite Iranians led terrorists. Just as was happening when Sadaam was fighting Iran.

This way American kids can stay home and smoke legal weed.

  • Teachem

Are the Saudi's actually trying to appease isis through inaction?!? Saudi Arabia best not follow our weak Oslamic Bastârd-in-Chief, and get out there and kick some aşş already.!.!

  • Cynicles

ISIS was (in?)directly created by the US.

The US has fed them multiple ways from cash & food thru weapons and intel.

These stories are not so prominent these days. hmm

  • Moa

Yep, Zbigniew Brzezinski was brought in by Obama as an advisor. So we see the same playbook - Brzezinksi was instructed by President Carter to create the Afghan mujahideen and draw the Soviets into a trap, and that worked (but also resulted in 9/11).

So the same Brzezinksi policy is being enacted by the "anti-war" Democrats (total warmongers, but sneaky about it) against Iran and its client states.

The hypocrisy, incompetence and downright sociopathic evil of the Democratic Party leadership seems to know no bounds - they don't care about massive killing in the Middle East they have unleashed through Presidential Study Directive 11 (PSD-11) which shifts IS support from traditional allies to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Under Obama, the US switched sides on the War on Terror !

Barry Rubin explains why the Democrats have done this (the Democrats think they are geniuses, but know nothing):

They can only buy stuff. At a point money becomes meaningless.

The cash crisis brewing is a disaster for them. They will be literally completely powerless.

  • Two2trees

    Daishi daesh?

  • Git Real

    He's a good guy....

  • Two2trees

    He sure looks that way!

  • Glorious_Cause

Sunnis killing Shiites. Shiites killing Sunnis.

Nothing has changed in 1300 years.

  • pismoe clam

Keep that ball rolling and throw in an ISIS or 2.

  • Chiefpr

The cowards won't do it, they want the West to fight their battles then continue on their path to destroy the West.

  • Hortance

The Jordanians and Egyptians and SAudis have it figured out.
Recall that they ran some joint Air Force missions against ISIS earlier this year.....WITHOUT TELLING THE US BEFOREHAND. Obama whined and whined.
My takeaway was "they don't trust Obama to NOT tell ISIS its coming".
Those Arab countries may not have the power to extend into other parts of the ME, but their estimation of Obama is spot-on, so they're smarter than the average Democrat and they'll retaliate against ISIS atrocities in ways that we would never have the guts to, as long as we have an Islamist President.

  • sandra

Well we have the right commander in chief in charge, that will help them all he can and then some.

  • zango

I doubt it. By time Berry leaves office , this ISIS plague is gonna be spread across the entire ME. Berry is kicking the can now. And planning to leave a real bag of shxt for the next President.

  • Jubal Early

I think Saudi Arabia would spend billions on a Pakistani nuke and turn Iraq and ISIS to glass before it would allow ISIS to rule the Saudi kingdom.

  • Tom Cherian Mulammootil

Saudi population is very supportive of ISIS - watch how Saudi will fall - the Saudi king will try to immigrate to UK

  • Jubal Early

That's like saying the U.S. population is very supportive of the president. Sure some crazy and dumb secular progressives support him, but he really doesn't have any real support with the total majority of this country. There was a 57% voter turnout in 2012 and a slim majority elected Obama. That's about 27% of the country. Which would be my guess for those that support ISIS taking over Saudi Arabia within that country.

  • Tom Cherian Mulammootil

Just because only 57% percentage came out to vote does not mean he doesn't have support. Majority of US citizens supported him in 2012 and that is only what matters. The others didn't vote because they don't care & missed to vote or was sick.

ISIS already bombed a shia mosque inside Saudi. lol..

  • Jubal Early

The majority of the U.S. citizenry doesn't support Obama. There are 318,900,000 citizens in the U.S. and 65,915,796 people voted for him. That's 20.7% of the population of the U.S. That's not a majority of anything. I never said that he doesn't have support, I said he doesn't enjoy the support of the majority of the population. Many of those that voted for him have buyers remorse. He is an epic failure and an embarrassment to his one time supporters. You will never know exactly how many people support Obama and you will never know how many Saudis support ISIS and I'm sure we know less about those that live in S.A.

The per capita GDP of Saudi Arabia is $52,000. That's almost the same as the U.S. These people don't want to risk their individual wealth to have a savage group of caliphate killers ruling over them. They know that ISIS would just raid their wealth to finance a global war and treat them all like property. To say that the majority of their population wants that scenario is ridiculous.

  • Tom Cherian Mulammootil

Per Capita is only $20,677 (nominal) PPP is not accurate and is worthless.

  • tommy

    Impeach Obama.

  • airmecher1

Yeah, that is why the lefties really came out for zerobama during the last election.............. Oh, wait, they did not. It was the worst defeat for any party in a very long time. Even the msm that is in the bag for the zero can't influence the folks so much anymore. And the current crop of lefties are distancing themselves from the zero because they know they can never win if they are tied to him.

  • Bamaguje

Your guess is wrong. AlJazeera poll tells us 81% of Gulf Arabs support ISIS.

    See: http://www.breitbart.com/natio...

  • Jubal Early

Both polls and Al Jazeera are well know for their rock solid factual information... really? A poll from Al Jazeera is your source? An opinion from MSNBC would be an improvement.

  • Bamaguje

Why would AlJazeera lie against fellow Arabs?

  • nadadhimmi

I'd love to see the Swiss let him be assassinated and keep the trillions.

  • Bob Loblaw

The problem is the track record for well armed Arabs when ISIS comes over the hill is to drop and run. We armed Saudi Arabia as well as we armed Israel. ISIS would get those weapons....

  • nadadhimmi

It'll take a lot more than one Fission Bomb to do what you describe.

  • Jubal Early

Did you honestly think that I meant literally turning and entire country and the members of ISIS into the actual physical state of glass? If we are going to get scientific about this... an atom fission bomb has a detonation temperature of approximately 50 to 150 million degrees Fahrenheit at the center of the nuclear explosion. I can personally attest to the fact that there is a lot of sand in Iraq. Common sand will melt and turn to glass at 3,090 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm confident that there would be a certain amount of glass created. Humans on the other hand are made up of about 60-55 percent water and no sand... so no glass creation.

I hope that cleared some things up for you.

  • boa1956

You really have idea of what Saudi Arabia is capable of do you?

  • Two2trees

    Nothing.

  • Glorious_Cause

Not true. The Saudis could have a nuke in about two minutes by buying one from their pals in Pakistan.

  • Cynicles

    Plus delivery time.

  • nadadhimmi

A nuke is not some magical end all and be all. It will take a series of well planned atomic strikes to do what you hint at, destroying a wide spread region. Only the established nuclear powers have the means, doctrine and delivery systems to do it. Only the US, Russia and UK could do it really well. And the Jews.

  • sandra

I read somewhere that the Saudis funded Pakistan on building their nukes, it was an agreement that if the Saudis needed a Nuke Pakistan would supply it, Saudis may have it already who knows.

  • Two2trees

If that were true, they'd have got one. You don't leave future risk unaddressed like that. You buy a nuke, the extras, you warehouse the stuff. You don't wait until 5 minutes before you need it.

If they don't have one it's because they can't just buy one.

  • Tom Cherian Mulammootil

Muslims are ISIS who is going to fight with them? HAHA..

  • Cynicles

Nothing will be done to ISIS until their designated purpose is complete: take down Assad.

  • sandra

That will be a much bigger problem, I don't think Russia and China will set by idle.

  • Stephen Paraski

You really think this is just about Basheer Assad? Have not the debacles in Iraq and Libya shown that "Regime Change" guarantees nothing? Look at Egypt.

  • Farquharson

Finally someone who thinks the Muslim states should start addressing their problem. There's nothing wrong with providing them support but I'm tired of us spilling our blood to protect these a*sholes.

  • sandra

We have a Muslim problem in America, now they want to bring about 60 million more in as refugees.

  • Farquharson

Future democrat voters. Both parties have lost voters being that most have become independents of some sort.
