Well I notice it barely closer to evening 2/21/2016 I had for more then 2 weeks I had issues data too, in fresno, clovis(this I shall see when i get back to fresno) , in merced, atwater, modesto, turlock, orville it was only one day that I was passing by on train from Fresno to Sacramento(this was on the 19th), chico ca it. was 3 days of malfunction, which was irritating I do give T-Mobile Kudos for fixing the issues.
Update; I still have calling issues in Chico ca 95926.

guest • 8 years ago

When I have LTE on data is very slow at times, so I switch to UMTS(3g/4G) and I get faster data speeds but I'm missing some calls. So now I have LTE on because calls are more important to me. But it shouldn't be like that,

I think T-Mobile is having some serious congestion issues that I don't know how they may solve it.

One solution could be ending free Binge On data streaming but keeping the "optimization" and maybe lowering the rates or giving some estra Gigs to compensate.

Allen Alberto Enriquez • 8 years ago

Yes thank you guest so much I am so happy that I am not the only one! I mean bad that is happening to both of us. At least we are going to be heard. During my last days before no data tech said to do what you did it help so now I have to switch in between. Nightmare but great program kudos to John Legere + Magenta team for binge on just wish it was ease of use like Turing on Wi-Fi options. Thanks again for sharing!

Dont waste your time with unproductive people who "get off" on giving themselves an un-earned sense of respect. Zalewski has no business correcting grammar or correcting anyone. Fortunately, we live in an area where people can speak freely and english is not the only language. I understand you just fine and that's literally all that matters. Zalewski got a little bit of an ego boost insulting you but, sadly for him he went home to his wife who actually does see him everyday and she made sure to knock him down a peg.

Allen Alberto Enriquez • 8 years ago

LMAO!Thanks honestea!

D. Zalewski • 8 years ago

Now in English please.

Honestea • 8 years ago

D. Zalewski... Please try your best to represent yourself in the same way you would if you were face to face with someone. Having an "internet barrier" does not make you more confident, important, or intelligent. It acutally makes you shallow and moronic.

Allen Alberto Enriquez • 8 years ago

Sorry about my writhing this was really fast and late just to see how many people had been in the same shoes.(i hope this is more understanding & thanks for catching my severe sentence errors.)

I got $40.00 on 3 lines

David • 8 years ago

it's quite ironic that today when I called CS about the service outage credit, they had to call me back because call was disconnected. On top of that, they had to try like 6 times because very time they call and I answer it's pure silence on the other end.

Saul Viayra • 8 years ago

Did you get the credit?

David • 8 years ago

I got $100, but I have 10 lines, so it's only $10/line, not as good as some of the folks that got $50 for 2 lines.

patt • 8 years ago

I got 30$ bill CR via twitter. Seems fair to me. 10$/per line (3 lines) that's how the rep calculated.

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

I got $50 off my bill I only have two lines it's who you talk to one guy told me It was only only $5 credit that's ridiculously measly good thing he honoured the previous Representative $30 credit and I got an additional $20 credit

Saul Viayra • 8 years ago

I'm having issues again any one else having problems?

x • 8 years ago

I didn't have a problem with calls and texts but I was having a very slow LTE the last 4 days, but yesterday LTE was good. Now LTE is slow again,

I think the LTE bands or at least B12 are saturated. I really don't how it works or how is T-Mobile handling congestion, nor I know if a phone grabs and holds onto the band with the stronger signal even if it's congested.

I have a phone with all the T-Mobile UMTS and LTE bands but no CA.

For now I may switch the phone to UMTS, you can try that if you're in an area with those bands available.

Saul Viayra • 8 years ago

I think it was LTE in general I had 3g all day long and here in Indy we have all three LTE bands

Restart your phone and try again.

andrew • 8 years ago

restart solved problem. by the way, i only got $10 credit for 3 lines. i used online chat.

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

I got 50 off

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

I got $50 off my bill I only have two lines you should call back in and get an additional $30 off $10 is measly 4 3 lines

Zach B. • 8 years ago

Just got a $60 credit, $10 per 6 of my lines after contacting their online support team. They tried getting me to accept a $20 credit at first, however I then argued about how their support team on FB and Twitter have been offering $10-$15 per line. The representative "went away" for a minute, and came back and gave me a proper credit! Best of luck to others seeking fair compensation.

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

You should have gotten 15 each line

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

I got a $50 credit I only have two lines

Taz • 8 years ago

How to get in touch with them on Facebook?

Zach B. • 8 years ago

I contacted T Mobile through their online chat from their website. However normally all you need to do to contact them on FB or Twitter is just to send a message or tweet to them.

Daniel Darnell • 8 years ago

I only had a few hours of my T-Mobile service not working on Friday. Sent them a message on Facebook about it and they gave me a $50 service credit. I think that's more than fair for a minor outage and they were super nice about it and did it very quickly as well. T-Mobile's Facebook support is pretty nice! :-)

guest • 8 years ago

How many lines?

Daniel Darnell • 8 years ago

Three smart phone lines and two tablet lines, so 5 total.

guest • 8 years ago

Tablets weren't affect, as far as I know, so $50 for 3 phone lines is pretty good. Congrats.

Daniel Darnell • 8 years ago

Apparently it doesn't matter if they are phone lines or tablet lines, you just get $10 per line regardless. Which is pretty good. I honestly wasn't expecting that much but it's nice to know they are being so good to customers about this and keeping us updated.

xealo • 8 years ago

Called customer care, got $30($15 per line). Super easy and quick. Thanks to everyone who made this suggestion!

guest • 8 years ago

What would be reasonable when it comes to credits?
I suggest $30 for 1 line, $40 for 2, $50 for 3, $60 for 4, $70 for 5, $80 for 6, $90 for 7, $100 for 8...

kgraham182 • 8 years ago

I say $10 per line would be fair for 2 days of interrupted service. John & Co may have to set aside some money for the FCC. Hope no one had problems with E911 cause the government use no Vaseline when they take their cut.

guest • 8 years ago

You want to help T-Mobile save money? Then feel free not to ask for any. ;) :)

Jack Deez • 8 years ago

I called up and asked for a $60 credit. $15 for each of my 4 lines. And less than 2 minutes later it was done! I just said nicely: Hello, I'd like a $60 credit, $15 for each of my 4 lines, because of the service outage. She didn't waste no time. Verified that I spoke with Support about it and BAM!

steveb944 • 8 years ago

Only affected for a few hours, the silence during work wasn't bad at all. Glad to see it back and ready to go.

www_LAAG_us • 8 years ago

People use "phones" to make "calls"? How quaint

Muhammad Ali • 8 years ago

I got a credit for $40 even though I have 8 lines

Jack Deez • 8 years ago

Dude you got cheated! if you have 8 lines, going by the formula of $15 per line, you should have a credit of: $120

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

I agree he got cheated I got $60 off I only have two lines

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

Call customer care and demand $120 off you
have 8 lines should be $15 credit for each line that's what they told me don't give up your high value paying customer

guest • 8 years ago

$10 per line would be reasonable in this case. Because you can't say your kids lost important calls to demand a lot more.

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

I got $60 off I only have two lines it's who you talk to

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

Customer care told me they are going by $15 per line

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

$10 is measly come on bro the outage is bad when you can't make phone calls that life and death situation people nowadays don't have landlines including me I depend on a reliable connection

guest • 8 years ago

How about $30 first line, $20 second line, then $10 for each additional line.

I have one line, I don't feel like calling for $15,

So if someone has only 1 line and got at least $25, please let me know.

Kaulana1989 • 8 years ago

Because I switched from Sprint I took advantage of the $400 switching credit plus I got $50 in referral credit plus I got a free month of service $122 value and a lot of other extra credits for outages in my area that are experiencing

guest • 8 years ago

Lucky you.
