"I’m just not sure what the Republican Party really stands for any more other than telling Obama no and telling our own corporate interests yes. That’s not much of a platform." - Red State editor Erick Erickson

Jmos • 7 years ago

Tell us what the Democratic Party stands for ???

veerkg_23 • 7 years ago

Progress. Subsidized education, universal healthcare, freedom of opportunity for all.

Any other questions?

jp • 7 years ago

why do republicans
oppose those things?

veerkg_23 • 7 years ago

Stupidity.

Elevated Soul • 7 years ago

Your self righteousness is showing again.Oh wait, that's a Democratic trait. You are often so full of yourselves.

Logic Driven Conservative • 7 years ago

We simply ask how you plan to pay for your Utopian Socialistic Liberal Land. It's called rational thought.

veerkg_23 • 7 years ago

Ask Trump about his magic money.

Logic Driven Conservative • 7 years ago

gibberish--be gone

Adrienne Moore • 7 years ago

I am really tired of the insults spewed out by democrats. I am NOT stupid, deplorable or any of the other horrific names that they have called Republicans.

veerkg_23 • 7 years ago

OK

Jmos • 7 years ago

They don't !

Logic Driven Conservative • 7 years ago

...and, it's all "FREE," too---right, veerkg???
You Liberals are a delusional hoot---all dogma and PC-obsession, no idea of what anything costs or how it's to be paid for.

veerkg_23 • 7 years ago

Why are you talking about Trump?

Logic Driven Conservative • 7 years ago

What are you--12 years old???

Atlas Shrugged • 7 years ago

Yes, are YOU paying for all the "generosity" COMRADE! Freedom of opportunity??? BWAH-hahahahahahahahahahahahah. Democrats are the BIGGEST hindrance to free enterprise EVER.

veerkg_23 • 7 years ago

Free enterprise =/= freedom of opportunity. Letting corporations run amok is not freedom.

Logic Driven Conservative • 7 years ago

fool

Atlas Shrugged • 7 years ago

Have not really seen Corporations running "Amok". Just in case your not aware, business ANY business it job is make as much profit for the owners (shareholders, owner) etc. as possible. Not give to employees. In its simplest form you work you get paid you like the arraignment you stay and work more. You don't like it you move on to something else. By my recollection the past 8 years have had one type of control in government and corporations have done well and this is under the Pres. who was gonna make them pay those dirty 1% er's and big companys. Do you really believe a corporation is just a big building with a brain. It is made up of tens of thousand workers, sharholders (pensioners and others) , suppliers , customers and so on. So tell us how they have run "amok"?

veerkg_23 • 7 years ago

Did u miss the whole economic recession from a few years ago?

Any business is composed of three parts - shareholders, suppliers and employees. Without any of those three the business will fail. So treating all equally and fairly is what makes a business a success.

Atlas Shrugged • 7 years ago

Actually the "Three" legs are owners, CUSTOMERS, workers. Fairly does not mean paying every penny you can. Prices would then be too high and customers not served. Profit is STILL the motivation for business otherwise it's a Charity.

veerkg_23 • 7 years ago

Suppliers are important too. Customers are serviced by all (the shareholders, the workers and the suppliers). They're a team, and should be treated as such, not elevating one over the other.

Greg Gutlessfeld • 7 years ago

Corporate fellating, turning back the clock on LGBT rights and a woman's right to choose, war anywhere and everywhere, environmental terrorism, guns for terrorists, evisceration of the fourth amendment, etc...Oh, wait. Wrong party. Disregard.

Jmos • 7 years ago

Gutter, Hillary sold the guns to the Terrorist and to the Mexican Cartels !

What's it like to idolize a dead fiction author?

Atlas Shrugged • 7 years ago

Well let's see, 2.1 billion people "Idolize" Jesus and he is dead also so what's your point ? That she is dead. Ayn's book "Atlas Shrugged" came out in 1958 and foretold in scary detail how the government since 2008 has worked. Of course having never read it doubt you would understand.

Ghostrider57 • 7 years ago

Interesting how you think Ayn's world has only existed since 2008.

I would say it has been going her way since 1980.

Atlas Shrugged • 7 years ago

Good god who said ANYTHING about "Since" 2008??? Except her book Atlas Shrugged REALLY fits the past 8 years. The 80s NOT even close.

Ghostrider57 • 7 years ago

"Good god who said ANYTHING about "Since" 2008???"

You did.

"That she is dead. Ayn's book "Atlas Shrugged" came out in 1958 and
foretold in scary detail how the government since 2008 has worked."

Greg Gutlessfeld • 7 years ago

Equally ridiculous about Jesus. You're right, I wouldn't understand. Teach me, oh intellectually superior one.

Atlas Shrugged • 7 years ago

Well, don't have enough time, but I am thinking about some "Forest Gump" quotes.

Greg Gutlessfeld • 7 years ago

"Sorry to ruin your Black Panther party" is my favorite.

Paid TROLL Alert!

Nuvolari • 7 years ago

Here was a bumper sticker from a couple years back....

Liberals protest war - conservatives protest healthcare

Atlas Shrugged • 7 years ago

EVERONE incorrect, way overstated , outright lie, disingenuous. The real difference is Democrats believe all this works and 60 year of failure has NOT changed their mind and still believe they will work. Republicans know they Don't . But people still believe in Santa Clause. So they keep voting him in year after year.

Kevyne-Shandris • 7 years ago

What are you a Putin bot? -_-

Jmos • 7 years ago

Stevie, I thought you were somewhat intelligent .

Elevated Soul • 7 years ago

As an Independent, I will tell you exactly what The Democratic Party stand for....The Democratic Party "stand against God'.

Ghostrider57 • 7 years ago

Really. Hmmm, somewhere around 86% of the people in this country identify as Christian. approximately 4x% are Republican. What are the other 4x%?

Jmos • 7 years ago

I agree with you.

Logic Driven Conservative • 7 years ago
