For one, Phil Spector is wrongfully imprisoned in the state of California. For two, he has a right to due process, period. Mr. Spector never had a relationship with the deceased party, either. Most of the people commenting on this thread should really do their homework before commenting, and avoid the comments about his appearance; you too, may live to be 75 one day.. let's see how you look then. He has exhausted the entire Appeal process. The Court Clerk will take your money when you file an Appeal or civil suit. Like it or not, Lana Clarkson willingly went to Phil's residence. The only reason Phil was convicted is because the state of California had a vendetta against him. 40 million dollars invested in a trial to target Phil. They couldn't convict OJ, Blake, or Michael Jackson, so Phil was ramrodded and is serving out 19 years as a direct result. They had a clear cut plan to demonize Phil Spector. Phil's due process was violated when the presiding judge acted as a witness for the prosecution, that is a fact nobody can deny.
