Big Pharma can raise the prices as high as they want! All drugs are toxic, and I won't be buying ANY of them! I haven"t even set foot in a drugstore in 20 years!

The reason criminal (self affirmed by themselves)l Big Pharma does not competitive bidding is simple, they like the way it is now with trillions in profits by merely spending millions in Washington DC bribes to Hillary Clinton, Ted Cruz, Obama, all of Congress and the Courts.

If it is a care, treatment, syndrome, disorder, condition, it is an adjectivinal descriptor to hoist dangerous, addiction, hindering, harming, maiming, handicapping, or lethal prescription drugs, vaccines, boosters, or flu shots, on someone, at rip off pricing.

Trump 2016, bust up Pharma monopoly pricing.
Consider this modest proposal, which is comparable to existing laws:
IF a product (drug, protocol or treatment) has no competition, whether because it's protected by patents, trade secret laws or any other legal construct, then treat it as a government-granted monopoly and regulate it. Limit profits to some reasonable return-on-investment target, analogous to regulated utilities, perhaps 8% over net cost.
ONLY IF a product (drug, protocol or treatment) has at LEAST five (5) competing products shall it be unregulated and allowed to be priced according to market conditions. So long as the government has motive to rig the markets, such as we have now, prices will also be rigged. Remove the incentive to rig markets by requiring true competition to remove profit restrictions, and balance will be restored to the markets.
