I don't think he cares about skin color as long as you agree with his big government redistributionist policies. He may care about skin color because he thinks certain races are likely to vote for him. I am deeply suspicious that he does want to flood our country with Hispanic immigrants because he thinks they will vote democratic. Republicans worry that too many jobs will be taken from Americans by illegal immigrants and that they will be the lower paying jobs. We need to control our borders so that Hispanics come into the country in smaller numbers so they have a chance to assimilate in American society, become upwardly mobile and with that they'll have a good chance in voting on other issues besides just immigration. A lot of them would probably vote Republican. George Bush actually had a lot of support from Hispanics when he was elected.
